Recreational Game Apparatus
The invention is a portable and customizable Skelzies-like game that includes multiple customizable mats and game pieces, which are each adapted to allow the game pieces to slide upon the mats
Magnetic game set for randomizable play
A game set for a randomizable table game includes a game board and a plurality of game pieces. The game board holds a number of magnetic tiles, each said tile containing a predetermined number of coin magnets with the coin magnets serving as play spaces on the game board. The game pieces each include a transparent hollow body that has opposite generally flat faces and can be set onto a selected magnet or space on the game board. A coin magnet in the transparent hollow body can invert or be held in its original position depending on whether the polarities of the playing piece and tile magnets match. Players may attempt to achieve a row of three game pieces with indicia on the magnets being all X or all O.
Building brick game using magnetic levitation
Described herein are systems and methods for stacking block games, which may include a game board or base including magnetized portions and a hover platform having at least one magnet connected thereto and being suspended above the game board or base and in a floating or hovering arrangement that can be generated by magnetic repulsion between the magnet of the platform and the magnetized portions of the game board or base. Further, a plurality of game pieces may be arranged in a stacked orientation on the platform.
Board Game Apparatus with Variable Game Surface and Method of Play
An apparatus and method for playing a board game which includes at least two distinguishable sets of playing pieces, each set being assigned to one player of the game, a game surface set by the players from assigned surface tiles, and dice, a pair being assigned to each player of the game. Players set up the game surface, and thereafter playing pieces, in an order determined by each player rolling a pair of dice. Setup is thereby varied each game to provide a new challenge. Players, in order, act by moving playing pieces, jumping over opposing playing pieces and removing them, and attacking opposing playing pieces. Winning an attack involves having the highest score on a roll of the dice and the winner's piece remains on the game surface. A player wins if they are the only one with pieces remaining on the game surface.
EDUCATIONAL BALANCING GAME
The application provides for a system and method of playing an educational balancing game. An electronic game spinner is used to select a category to be tested, as well as a specific question within this category. Once the specific question has been selected, potential answers are shown on an electronic game board whereby a user must then use their body to select a circle containing an answer. The game board may also be constructed out of plastic, where the answers are fixed, however, the electronic game spinner scans a code on the game board so that appropriate questions are used with the printed answer selections.
Game tile system
A tile game system is provided that includes a plurality of two-dimensional and three-dimensional components. The two-dimensional components can include a plurality of modular tiles provided in various sizes and configurations that can be joined together to form a grid-based gameplay area. The three-dimensional components can include external boundaries for the gameplay area, internal boundaries, terrain elements such as columns and staircases, and game figures. According to aspects of the present disclosure, the external and internal boundaries can be provided with recessed sections that allow a game figure to be contained within a single grid square and prevent the grid of the gameplay area from becoming warped. According to some aspects of the present disclosure the internal and external boundaries can be illuminated and provided with removable and interchangeable light-permeable skins that allow a user to switch between various illuminated designs.
Magnetic receptive board and accessories for tabletop gaming system
A system of magnetic and magnetic receptive components used in a tabletop role-playing game. The system includes at least one magnetic receptive terrain board depicting an outdoor terrain or other environment, where the terrain board may be two-sided. The system further includes a variety of flexible single-sided or double-sided magnets depicting characters or natural/man-made features and structures which can be attached to the terrain board, and either left in place or moved during game play. Also included are magnetic-base stands which can hold the character/feature magnets in an adjustable position indicating the item's status, and other magnetic accessories which visually designate environmental factors and other status information and thereby enhance the playing of the game.

TRADING CARD GAME SYSTEM AND METHOD
A game system relating to multi-player card games, the game system including: a game-board module having a plurality of peripheral edges, the plurality of peripheral edges containing at least one abuttable edge configured to be placeable in abutment with at least one other abuttable edge of the game system. In addition, the game-board module includes a first surface having a plurality of full spaces depicted thereon, each one identifying a positional piece location, the plurality of full spaces arranged in rows, and a plurality of half spaces, each one identifying one half of a positional piece location, the plurality of half spaces contiguous with the at least one abuttable edge and configured to form full spaces when the abuttable edge is abutted with at least one other abuttable edge of the game system.
TILE TRAY
This disclosure relates to a tile tray configured to facilitate manipulation of tiles. More specifically, the disclosed tile tray includes at least one cell including a bottom, at least one side abutting the bottom and extending upward therefrom, a node extending upward from the bottom and having a flat top surface, and a channel between the node and the at least one side. A tile positioned atop the top surface of the node may be manipulated by pressing a portion of the tile into the channel, thereby raising the opposite portion of the tile, the node serving as a fulcrum. The portion pressed into the channel may be moved along the channel, thereby rotating the tile, or the raised opposite portion may be grasped by a user to flip or move the tile.
