SYMMETRIC-PLEAT FLAT MASK WITH AN EXPRESSION WINDOW, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT THEREOF
A symmetric-pleat flat mask with an expression window, and a manufacturing method and production equipment thereof, are disclosed. The present invention is a flat mask after being collected. The flat mask is provided with a flat body, and is replaceably combined with a flexible refractive diaphragm at a location corresponding to a user's mouth while the user is wearing the flat mask, so that an expression of the user's mouth can be seen from outside. In addition, two side surfaces on the pleats that are symmetric upward and downward are planned obliquely with a contour line, respectively. The pleats, along with the flat body, are unfolded to construct a three-dimensional sheathing shelf, thereby improving the shielding effect.
FACEMASK
A facemask, comprising proximal and distal layers enclosing a structural member which is oriented collateral with a user’s mouth. The facemask also comprises a means to affix the facemask to the user’s face using either ear loops or tie straps. The structural member is configured to inhibit the proximal layer from engaging the user’s mouth or nose, and the member is adapted to reduce movement of the facemask during speech. The structural member is made from either a flexible material such as rubber or silicone, or a semi-rigid material such as metal.
AUGMENTED FACE MASK
Protective garments and face masks are provided that include a body portion having a plurality of exterior pleats configured to elongate in a first direction. The body portion further has an outer surface and an inner surface. The body portion further has an inner portion with a plurality of interior pleats connected between an upper edge of the body portion and a sealing surface. The inner portion is configured to elongate in a second direction at an acute angle from the first direction. In certain implementations, the sealing surface simultaneously contacts a nose and cheeks of a wearer in response to the elongation in the second direction.
Respiratory half mask
A respiratory half mask having a respiratory half mask body with a basic part for covering the mouth of the wearer and two side fields, which are situated opposite one another and are fixed in a folded-over position to the basic part for receiving a head holding portion on the wearer upon forming head holding portion receptacles. The respiratory half mask body includes a nose part fixedly connected to the basic part and foldable between a nose part wearing position and a nose part storing position and including at least two nose part part-recesses. The respiratory half mask body includes a chin part fixedly connected to the basic part and foldable between a chin part wearing position and a chin part storing position and comprising chin part part-recesses. The part-recesses serve for preventing the folded-over side fields fixing to the chin part and nose part upon fixing the side fields to the basic part.
Face mask and method of making the same
A face mask includes a piece of fabric including a main body portion, a first leg extending from first side of the main body portion, and a second leg extending from a second side of the main body portion. A first plurality of slots are arranged along a first side perimeter of the main body portion, and a second plurality of slots are arranged along a second side perimeter of the main body portion. At least one first fold in the piece of fabric extends between the first plurality of slots and at least one second fold extends between the second plurality of slots. The first plurality of slots are aligned and the first leg extends through the first plurality of slots. The second plurality of slots are also aligned and the second leg extends through the second plurality of slots.
FACE MASK WITH TENSION ADJUSTERS AND INTEGRAL HEAD STRAP
A face mask, comprising ear loops and a detachable head strap constructed as a portion of the mask is described. The mask may be worn by either securing the ear loops around the ears or by detaching the head strap and using it to secure the mask around the back of the head. A simple, low cost system for adjusting the tension of ear loops and the head strap is also described.
Pocket Mask
The pocket mask apparatus is a readily carriable respiratory mask. The pocket mask apparatus contains a respiratory mask and a mask pouch. The respiratory mask contains a mask body and at least one strap. The mask body contains at least one folding seam. The mask pouch contains a pouch body, a mask cavity, and a pouch opening. The respiratory mask is positioned within the mask pouch. The mask body is configured to fold about the at least one folding seam into a folded configuration. Each of the at least one strap is terminally connected to the mask body. Each of the at least one strap is positioned opposite to each other along the mask body. The mask cavity traverses into the pouch body. The mask cavity is delineated by the pouch opening. The mask cavity is configured to receive the respiratory mask in the folded configuration through the pouch opening.
FASTENER FORMED FACE MASK
Fastener formed face masks are provided including a flat fabric article having a first end, a second end and a central axis, a first fastener pair positioned between the first end and the central axis, and a second fastener pair positioned opposite the first fastener pair between the second end and the central axis, wherein the fastener formed face mask is predominantly flat in an unfastened position of both the first and second fastener pairs, and wherein the fastener formed face mask is cupped for fitting to a face of a wearer in a fastened position of both the first and second fastener pairs.
FACE MASK WITH ADJUSTABLE EAR LOOPS
A mask includes: a rectangular body section; a top strap that is attached to the rectangular body section across a top of the rectangular body section, the top strap including ends extending from sides of the top of the rectangular body section; and a bottom strap that is attached across a bottom of the rectangular body section, wherein ends of the bottom strap are sewn to edges of the rectangular body section such that the bottom strap forms a pair of tension loops located on bottom sides of the rectangular body section. The ends of the top strap pass through the pair of tension loops to form a pair of ear loops on sides of the rectangular body portion. Ends of the top strap are slidable through the pair of tension loops to adjust sizes of the pair of ear loops.
FACE MASK
A protective face mask comprises (a) a covering portion having first and second opposing sides, first and second opposing side edges, and opposing top and bottom edges, (b) a first adhesive strip affix affixed to the first side adjacent to the first edge, and (c) a second adhesive strip affixed to the first side adjacent to the second edge. The protective face mask may comprise a first selectively removable protective backing covering the first adhesive strip and a second selectively removable protective backing covering the second adhesive strip. The protective face mask may not comprise a retention strap adapted to secure the protective face mask around a user's head or ears.
