SWAPPABLE BATTERY PACK
Aspects concern a battery pack for mounting on a vehicle. The battery pack may comprise an elongated cell rack comprising one or more battery cells arranged therein. The battery pack may comprise a tubular battery case at least partially surrounding the elongated cell rack. The battery pack may comprise a top seal cover sealing a top portion of the elongated cell rack. The battery pack may comprise a bottom seal cover arranged at a bottom portion of the elongated cell rack. The battery pack may comprise a female pin receptacle arranged on the bottom seal cover at the bottom portion of the elongated cell rack.
BATTERY UNIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A BATTERY UNIT
A battery unit with a battery housing with a base body having an open design at its two opposite end regions. Two battery housing covers are provided which can each be arranged so that they can be connected at one of the two opposite end regions to the base body in order to close the battery housing. At least two battery chambers are provided in the battery housing for the arrangement of battery cells. The base body has, for partitioning the battery chambers, at least one partition wall which extends from an end region of the base body to the other end region of the base body along its longitudinal extent. At least one of the battery housing covers or both battery housing covers has, on its respective side facing the partition wall, an open socket into which a respective partition wall can be inserted.
BATTERY UNIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A BATTERY UNIT
A battery unit with a battery housing with a base body having an open design at its two opposite end regions. Two battery housing covers are provided which can each be arranged so that they can be connected at one of the two opposite end regions to the base body in order to close the battery housing. At least two battery chambers are provided in the battery housing for the arrangement of battery cells. The base body has, for partitioning the battery chambers, at least one partition wall which extends from an end region of the base body to the other end region of the base body along its longitudinal extent. At least one of the battery housing covers or both battery housing covers has, on its respective side facing the partition wall, an open socket into which a respective partition wall can be inserted.
POWER STORAGE DEVICE
A power storage device includes: a power storage stack; paired end plates; paired side covers; an upper constraint member; and a lower constraint member. The power storage stack has: a first stack; a second stack; and an intermediate plate. The paired side covers each have an intermediate engagement portion that engages with the intermediate plate, and paired side end engagement portions that laterally engage with the paired end plates, respectively. The upper constraint member constrains the power storage stack, while permitting the intermediate plate to move relative to the upper constraint member in the one direction, and the lower constraint member constrains the power storage stack, while permitting the intermediate plate to move relative to the lower constraint member in the one direction.

A system for a pouch cell casing configured for use in an electric aircraft includes at least a pouch cell. The at least a pouch cell includes at least a pair of cell tabs, a battery cell, a pouch substantially encompassing the battery cell and the at least a pair of cell tabs. The at least a pouch cell includes at least a first side, a cell casing configured to substantially encompass the at least a pouch cell and including a first face disposed parallel and adjacent to the at least a first side, a second face disposed perpendicular and affixed to the first face, and at least an opening disposed on the first face opposite and adjacent to the at least a first side.
Battery module for a motor vehicle and method for the production thereof
A battery module for a motor vehicle has a battery module housing (30) with an insertion opening (32) and at least one battery cell package (40) is arranged in the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) has at least two battery cells (42) arranged parallel to one another and at least one compression pad (44) arranged parallel to the battery cells (42). The battery cells (42) and the at least one compression pad (44) are stacked one on top of the other in any desired order in a thickness direction (D). The battery cell package (40) is inserted in an insertion direction (E) through the insertion opening (32) into the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) also has two insertion auxiliary layers (46) that respectively form outer sides (41) of the battery cell package (40) that are opposite in the thickness direction (D).

A battery module for a motor vehicle has a battery module housing (30) with an insertion opening (32) and at least one battery cell package (40) is arranged in the battery module housing (30). The second frame comprises second side portions for covering the first side portions, and wherein a side member is located between the first side portion and the second side portion.
