METHOD OF PREVENTING LEAKAGE IN PERSONAL HYGIENE MATERIAL CONTAINERS
A method for making and assembling personal hygiene material containers whereby a cap and core are provided; a lid is disposed at the cap; the cap is then placed with the lid onto the core; situating a leakage prevention insert within the core; and situating a hygiene material elevator within the core. The leakage prevention insert possesses a circumference greater than that of the core such that upon insertion of the leakage prevention insert into the core an overhang is created along the entirety of the leakage prevention insert's circumference, where the overhang creates a complete and tight seal by creating an abutment with the inner wall of the core. The abutment thereby prevents the leakage of hygiene material during the manufacture fill process when the hygiene material is in its liquid form.
METHOD OF PREVENTING LEAKAGE IN PERSONAL HYGIENE MATERIAL CONTAINERS

A system for refilling a dispenser includes a refill assembly having refill base, a refill stick receptacle and a refill cover, and a dispenser having a dispenser stick receptacle a stick receptacle carrier and a propel-repel mechanism for longitudinally advancing and retracting the stick receptacle carrier within the dispenser. The dispenser stick receptacle is configured to be replaced by the refill stick receptacle by (1) removing the refill base from the refill cover with the refill stick receptacle engaged with the refill cover; (2) engaging the refill base with the dispenser stick receptacle and then removing the dispenser stick receptacle from the stick receptacle carrier by pulling the refill base away from the stick receptacle carrier; (3) engaging the refill cover with the refill stick receptacle engaged therewith with the stick receptacle carrier; and (4) removing the refill cover by pulling the refill cover away from the stick receptacle carrier.

Solid product dispenser
A dispenser is disclosed for a solid or semi-solid product that includes an outer shell and a slider disposed inside the outer shell. The dispenser also includes an inner shell defining an opening and a carrier adapted to retain the product in the inner shell. The carrier includes carrier teeth that are engaged by an actuator connected between the slider and the carrier for advancing the carrier and the product. The actuator includes at least two drive arms that extend through the inner shell and into the carrier. The drive arms include drive teeth that are adapted to engage the carrier teeth. The carrier and product are replaceable, and the outer shell, the inner shell, and the actuator may be reused.
