FLEXIBLE HEADLINER ASSEMBLY TABLE
A headliner assembly apparatus includes an input delivery device attempting to deliver an input related to a predetermined headliner to a controller that is in communication with the input delivery device. An indexing assembly is in communication with the controller, wherein the indexing assembly positions at least one headliner detail in an installation position in response to the input related to the predetermined headliner. A headliner support is adapted to position the predetermined headliner, wherein the predetermined headliner is placed on the indexing assembly, and wherein the headliner is placed to engage the at least one headliner detail in the installation position. A detail installing assembly couples the at least one headliner detail in the installation position to the predetermined headliner.
Lifting device for an assembly of a motor vehicle
A lifting device is provided for an assembly of a motor vehicle that can be adapted to lift various assemblies. The lifting device includes a load carrying unit having at least one support arm, and a coupling unit arranged on the support arm for releasably connecting the support arm to the assembly of a motor vehicle. The lifting device can be used as an engine hoist and/or a transmission hoist for removing and installing engines and/or transmissions and can be used to remove a wide range of assemblies, at least different engines and/or transmissions of different types of vehicles. The coupling unit is mounted on the support arm in a longitudinally movable manner. The load carrying unit is designed to be connected to a crane unit, and in particular has a crane hook holder, and/or is adjustably connected to a support unit arrangeable on a hoist unit.
DISPLAY DEVICE FOR OUTBOARD MOTOR
A display device for an outboard motor includes a storage device storing unique information of the outboard motor. The display device for the outboard motor has a gauge mode and a service tool mode as display modes. By mounting the display device for the outboard motor to a specific boat, both an operating state of the outboard motor and the unique information of the outboard motor are displayable in the gauge mode. Only the unique information of the outboard motor is displayable in the service tool mode. The display modes are configured to be switched between the gauge mode and the service tool mode.
ENGINE SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD
Aspects of the disclosure relate to an engine support system and method. The engine support system includes a frame mounted engine support and at least one engine mounted coupler. The engine support includes a frame mount with an elongated body and opposing arms slidably disposed on the elongated boy for releasably engaging a frame of a vehicle, and at least one jack assembly. Each jack assembly includes a collar coupled to and horizontally movable along the elongated body, and a jack rod coupled to and vertically movable relative to the collar. The jack rod includes a ball mount configured to insert into the coupler at an underside of an engine block of the vehicle. Each jack assembly is configured to support and/or lift the engine block relative to the vehicle frame by vertical movement of the ball mount into the coupler and relative to the frame mount engaged with the vehicle frame.
Workstation with configurable leaves
A workstation with configurable leaves suitable for repairing or maintaining auto mobiles is disclosed. The workstation includes a main board and a supporting module. The supporting module supports the workstation and provides an adjustable height for the workstation. The main board further includes at least two corresponding loading boards and a plurality of horizontal rods placed through the loading boards.
ROTATIONAL COUPLING DEVICE
A rotational coupling device may include a housing which may be coupled to a stationary coupler. The stationary coupler may be used to engage or couple the device to a machinery stand. A motivator shaft may be positioned on one side of the housing and a rotational drive shaft may be positioned on the other side of the housing. The motivator shaft and the rotational drive shaft may be operably connected together with a gear arrangement with rotation of the motivator shaft resulting in rotation of the rotational drive shaft that is of a reduced rate compared to the motivator shaft. The rotational drive shaft may be coupled or connected to the rotational assembly via a rotational coupler thereby allowing rotational motion provided by the motivator shaft to be transferred through the rotational drive shaft to the rotational assembly of the machinery stand to which the device is engaged.
TOOL FOR CHANGING CALIPERS ON A DISC BRAKE
The invention relates to a tool for changing the callipers in disc brakes, comprising a base movable on wheels and comprises a counterweight, characterised in that a telescopic upright having a height adjuster projects in a perpendicular direction from the base, wherein said upright comprises an inverted L-shaped body in the upper part thereof, the ends of which are joined via a plate comprising a plurality of coupling screws, and wherein said plate can pivot relative to a pivot, that is adjustable in its inclination angle by means of an inclination adjuster.
Jack with floating platform
A pneumatic jack includes at least a base platform and a top platform. The base platform is configured to be supported by a plurality of pneumatic jets. The pneumatic jets are configured to raise and lower the base platform and endow the apparatus with the ability to hover. An air bladder, with internal baffling, is positioned between a middle platform and the top platform. As the air bladder is inflated, the top platform rises relative to the other platforms.
Scraper tractor stand device and associated method
A scraper tractor stand may include a plurality of linear central support beams adapted to be positioned underneath the heavy-duty equipment. A portable first support section may be connected to a respective proximal end of each of the central support beams. The first support section has a first cross-beam registered along a first x-axis. The first cross-beam may be fixedly connected to the heavy-duty equipment. A portable second support section may be connected to a respective distal end of each of the central support beams. The second support section has a second cross-beam registered along a second x-axis. Each of the first and second cross-beams may be independently adjustable along mutually exclusive first and second y-axes respectively. The central support beams may further be coplanar and aligned along a horizontal plane oriented perpendicular to the first and second y-axes respectively.
