The present embodiments generally relate to containers having utility in the lypohilization of fluids to form powers and to methods of using such containers. One embodiment provides a side-ported syringe. Another embodiment provides a two-part container.

An apparatus for securing a vessel includes a primary cap having a threaded portion that is configured to selectively engage corresponding threads of a vessel to secure the primary cap to the vessel, and at least one projection. The apparatus further includes a removable secondary cap configured to engage the primary cap to secure the vessel, the secondary cap including at least one lug, the lug having a shear zone that contacts the projection when the primary and secondary caps are engaged and secured to a vessel. When the secondary cap is removed from the primary cap, the shear zone is broken by the projection such that the secondary cap cannot by reinstalled on the primary cap.

The invention relates to a security cover designed to surround a container, the cover comprising a sleeve (1) and a security strip (2) secured to an inside face of said sleeve and including at least one zone of weakness, the security strip being shaped so that when in service it surrounds the container below a finish of the container and in the immediate proximity of said finish, the security strip thus creating a compression zone compressing the container.

The present disclosure provides a bottle that includes a body having a neck at a top end. The neck of the bottle ends in an aperture for receiving a cork/plug. The bottle further includes a security closure that includes a security label having a first portion adhered to the cork and a second portion adhered onto the neck of the bottle. A cap at least partially covers the cork and the neck of the bottle. The cap partially covers the security label. The security label further includes: a bottom portion that extends beyond a bottom edge of the cap and carries a first readable code representing a unique identifier of the bottle; and a top portion that is covered by the cap and adhered to the cork, and carries a second readable code representing a unique identifier of the cork/plug.

Provided is a novel inner container of a sperm extractor, including: a soft rubber channel; and a butt joint assembly mounted at a tail end of the soft rubber channel, where the butt joint assembly includes a bracket, a circuit board, and a first housing, the bracket is embedded into the tail end of the soft rubber channel, the circuit board is mounted on the bracket, the first housing is located on an outer side of the circuit board and mounted at the tail end of the soft rubber channel, and three metal contacts are arranged on the circuit board and extend to an outer side of the first housing to be in butt joint with the sperm extractor.

A bottle stopper includes an elongated band formed of a thin paper, plastic, or similar material. The band is tightly wound into a compact cylinder that is dimensioned and configured to firmly seat within a bottle neck opening. Preferably, the cylinder includes an outer liner of food-grade material that prevents the cork from contaminating the enclosed wine. A cord is attached to the central core of the resulting compact cylinder and extends a predetermined distance above the bottle neck. When the cord is pulled, the band unwinds into a helical configuration that easily separates from the bottle neck.
