Methods for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface
A method is provided for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface, wherein the panels at least include a substrate and a top layer, and wherein the top layer includes a paper layer having a printed pattern. The method may involve providing the paper layer with an inkjet receiver coating by transporting the paper layer relative to a coater in a coating direction. The coated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern using a digital inkjet printer that includes a housing containing print heads. The printed pattern may be a wood motif having wood nerves extending generally in a nerve direction that substantially corresponds to the coating direction. Providing the printed pattern may involve a relative motion between the digital inkjet printer and the paper layer during a printing operation in a printing direction. The paper layer may be maintained flat inside the housing, or the minimum radius over which the paper layer is bent inside the housing may be larger than 25 centimeters.
Decoration film, cover panel comprising decoration film and method for manufacturing decoration film
A decoration film includes: a base film; a first decoration portion on a surface of the base film; and a second decoration portion on another surface of the base film, and overlapping the first decoration portion, and the first decoration portion includes a first concavo-convex portion on at least a portion of the base film, the second decoration portion includes a second concavo-convex portion on at least a portion of the base film corresponding to the first concavo-convex portion, and the decoration film further includes at least one of a first deposition layer on the first concavo-convex portion and a second deposition layer on the second concavo-convex portion.
DECORATIVE LAMINATES WITH CORE LAYER SUBJECTED TO SODIUM ALGINATE TREATMENT
A decorative laminate is manufactured in accordance with the method comprising preparing a decorative layer composed of a resin impregnated decorative sheet and preparing a core layer including an upper core sheet and a lowermost core sheet. The upper core sheet is prepared by impregnating a first paper with a resin. The lowermost core sheet is prepared by treating a second paper with sodium alginate to produce a sodium alginate treated paper and then impregnating the sodium alginate treated paper with resin. The decorative layer and the core layer are stacked. The decorative layer and the core layer are consolidated under heat and pressure to form the decorative laminate.
DECORATIVE FIBER SHEET
The invention concerns a decorative fiber sheet having a print on one main surface of a fiber sheet, which has small variation in color of the decorative fiber sheet and is excellent in appearance quality due to small variation in printing amount in the decorative fiber sheet. When it contains cellulose nanofibers in a print, it is possible to provide a decorative fiber sheet which has small variation in color of the print contained in the decorative fiber sheet and is excellent in appearance quality.
IMPREGNATED CORE PAPER FOR DECORATIVE LAMINATE
An impregnated core paper for a decorative laminate, in particular high-pressure decorative laminate, obtained by impregnating a paper substrate with an aqueous impregnating composition including one or more resins selected from melamine-ether resins, acrylic resins, epoxy resins, and mixtures thereof.
A DECORATIVE PANEL
The present invention relates to a decorative panel, comprising a core layer provided with a decor layer, the dcor layer comprising a substrate layer provided with at least one coating, wherein within the decorative panel at least one light source is located. The present invention furthermore relates to the use of such a decorative panel in furniture, in exterior walls and facades and in interior decoration.
Non-flammable laminate
The invention relates to a laminate, in particular for manufacturing a construction panel, consisting of a combination of at least one carrier material layer made of a non-flammable non-woven impregnated with a resin and at least one decorative material layer made of a decorative paper that is impregnated with a melamine formaldehyde resin and is optionally dyed and/or printed. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a disclosed laminate and especially a construction panel.
Process and Device for the Production of Layered Materials with Synchronous-Pore Effect
Disclosed is a process for the production of synchronous-pore layered materials. Also disclosed is a device for the conduct of the process. In further aspects, the invention relates to layered materials which can be produced by the process, and also to wood-composite boards equipped with the layered materials produced by the process of the invention.
Method and apparatus for manufacturing printing paper for decorative boards and method for manufacturing laminated structure
A method for manufacturing a printing paper for decorative boards is provided. The method includes the processes of: applying a resin-containing liquid comprising at least one of a resin and a resin precursor to a base paper for decorative boards; forming a print layer on or in the base paper which is not dried after the resin-containing liquid is applied thereto; and solidifying a liquid contained in the base paper having the print layer.
Surfacing materials and method of manufacture
A surfacing material includes a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A matte surface is formed on the bottom side thereof, wherein the matte surface of the surfacing material is a coating of an electron beam radiation curable material applied to the bottom side of the substrate. The coating is an epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic laid upon the substrate. The epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic is irradiated with UV-radiation to produce a UV-radiation layer wherein the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic is neither hardened nor is an entire layer of the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic crosslinked but rather the epoxy acrylic or urethane acrylic only crosslinked on the surface thereof, which produces a matting surface through the effects of a micro-convolution.
