PIPE REINFORCEMENT CAP FOR SEAT BELT
The present invention relates to a reinforcement cap for reinforcing durability of a pipe used in a seat belt, and more particularly, a reinforcement cap for preventing a pipe from being broken due to explosion of an explosion device stored in the pipe or preventing the explosion device fixed by pipe closing work from being discharged out of the pipe so that an explosive force of the explosion device is transferred to a place other than driving balls stored in the pipe, and a pipe reinforcement cap for a seat belt for preventing a malfunction of the seat belt.
PILLAR CONSTRUCTION
A pillar construction includes: a pillar including a pillar inner and a pillar outer forming a closed cross section; a retractor disposed at a lower portion of the pillar; and a first reinforcement member and a second reinforcement member disposed at the pillar outer, the first reinforcement member being disposed at a position coinciding with the pillar outer in a side view, the second reinforcement member being disposed higher than the retractor. The first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member are disposed apart from each other in a vehicle up-down direction. The pillar outer includes a first deformation part which is provided between the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member and deformable upon input of side collision load.

Side vehicle-body structure of vehicle
There are provided a side panel constituting a vehicle side face at a higher level than a damper attachment portion suspending a rear wheel, a retractor fixed to a cabin-inside face of the side panel, a frame member forming a closed-cross section extending vertically in corporation with the side panel, and a reinforcing member fixed to the side panel. The reinforcing member comprises a retractor attachment portion to attach the retractor, a gusset portion to partition the closed-cross section of a C pillar reinforcement vertically, and a vibration-damping joint portion joined to the side panel via a vibration-damping material. Herein, the reinforcing member is formed integrally by a member which is configured to be continuous over a range of the retractor attachment portion, the gusset portion and the vibration-damping joint portion.
SEATBELT RETRACTOR ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RETRACTOR BRACKET
In a seatbelt retractor attachment structure, a seatbelt retractor is fixed to a vehicle body via a retractor bracket. The retractor bracket includes a fixing portion, fastening portion, and a curved portion. The fixing portion is fixed to a retractor frame of the seatbelt retractor. The fastening portion is fastened and fixed to the vehicle body. The curved portion connects the fixing portion and the fastening portion. The curved portion includes a part bent from the fixing portion in a direction surrounding the seatbelt retractor and a part folded back toward the fastening portion. The curved portion has a substantially U shape. The fastening portion includes at least one of a pair of bent flange portions on both sides in a width direction of the fastening portion and a bead portion protruding along a longitudinal direction of the fastening portion.
