The present disclosure relates to methods, processing systems and computer program products of global routing of integrated circuits based on localized routing optimization. In certain embodiments, the method may include one or more of: defining one or more regions, one or more netgroups, and combinations thereof of an integrated circuit, associating at least one optimization objective with each region and/or each netgroup defined, generating one or more constraints for each region and/or each netgroup based on the associated optimization objectives, and performing global routing of the integrated circuit according to the one or more constraints.

The role based access system may be physically located at the parking lot. The role based access system implements dynamic loading or dynamic access of role specific models for issuing parking control actions tailored to the role of the particular individual searching for a parking space.
MULTI-USER CAx ASSEMBLY LOAD TIME REDUCTION WHILE MAINTAINING INTER-PART CONSISTENCY
A method for loading an assembly for a CAx client includes determining referenced part IDs referenced by the assembly and for each referenced part ID, determining a latest applied command of saved checkpoints for each part file of a referenced part ID. The method further includes determining any unapplied commands for each referenced part ID, loading the part file for each referenced part ID with the latest applied command to the CAx client, and applying the unapplied commands sequentially by command number. A computer program product such as a computer readable medium and a computer system corresponding to the above method are also disclosed herein.
Ensuring Fairness in the Operation of Thermal Grids
Methods, systems, and computer program products for ensuring fairness in the operation of thermal grids are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes generating one or more models derived from information pertaining to a heating and cooling network, wherein the heating and cooling network comprises multiple consumers; categorizing each of the multiple consumers into one of two groups based on (i) one or more objectives of the heating and cooling network, (ii) the one or more generated models, and (iii) one or more constraints; generating a signal to be sent to each of the consumers categorized within a first of the two groups, wherein the signal comprises a temperature set-point adjustment proposal; and outputting the signals to the consumers categorized within the first of the two groups.
FOOT STRIKE ANALYZER SYSTEM AND METHODS
Systems, methods, and software products analyze foot strikes. A runner profile defining characteristics of a user and a shoe type of the shoes is received. Shoe characteristics are retrieved based upon the shoe type. A model of shoe wear is configured based upon both the runner profile and the shoe characteristics. Sensor data indicative of movement of a runner's foot is received from a foot strike monitor configured with the shoes and processed through the model to determine a user's expected lifetime for the shoes. The user's expected lifetime is indicated to the user.
Route Planning for an Autonomous Vehicle
Among other things, a determination is made of and ability of an autonomous vehicle to safely or robustly travel a road feature or a road segment or a route that is being considered for the autonomous vehicle as of a time or range of times. The route conforms to properties of stored road network information. The road feature or road segment or route is eliminated from consideration if the computer has determined that the road feature or road segment or route cannot be safely or robustly traveled by the autonomous vehicle. The determination is based on analysis of performance of the autonomous vehicle.

Process for Merging Parametric Building Information Models
Systems and methods in accordance with various embodiments of the invention can merge local, programmatic design data with parametric building information models. Data for a portion of a structure stored in a local model can be converted from a design format to a common format and transmitted to a BIM merge management system. The BIM merge management system can perform a transformation process to update the information in the local model and/or information in a BIM using the data in the BIM associated with the portion of the structure. The updated data can also be transmitted by the BIM merge management system to a second personal device that converts the data to a design format of a local model on the second device and merges the updated data with the local model on the second device.

An embodiment of the invention provides a method of producing a surgical template comprising the steps of: obtaining a set of 3D surface data, the 3D surface data representing a surface of a patient's oral situation, obtaining a support structure model describing a surgical template configured to fit to a portion of the surface of the patient's oral situation, obtaining planned bore position data, the planned implant position data describing the longitudinal axes of a set of one or more planned implant bore holes relative to the 3D surface data, automatically modifying the support structure model to provide support material for guide holes in the support structure model corresponding to the one or more planned implant bore holes, producing the dental splint in dependence on the modified support structure model.

The method of forming the filters includes forming at least one piezoelectric filter structure comprising a plurality of electrodes formed on a piezoelectric substrate. The method further includes forming a fixed electrode with a plurality of fingers on the piezoelectric substrate. The method further includes forming a moveable electrode with a plurality of fingers over the piezoelectric substrate. The method further includes forming actuators aligned with one or more of the plurality of fingers of the moveable electrode.
