Method and system for detecting a leak in a fuel system

It is proposed a method for detecting a leak in a fuel system of a combustion engine comprising a fuel tank. The method is such that it comprises the steps of: obtaining a first set of data comprising at least a pressure data measured in the fuel system at a first time; adding energy to fluids contained in the fuel system, said energy being produced or wasted by means already present on board the vehicle for other purposes; obtaining a second set of data comprising at least a pressure data measured in the fuel system at a second time; determining the presence/absence of a leak in said fuel system by calculating a predetermined function on the basis of said first and second sets of data.

Tank for an operating liquid for a motor vehicle. Tank (1) for an operating liquid for a motor vehicle (2) with a tank wall (3) made of plastic, having an opening (4) and an insert (5), made of metal, arranged at the opening (4), and a flexible sealing element (6) for interconnecting, in a liquid-tight manner, the tank wall (3) and the insert (5), wherein, on account of thermal expansion of the tank wall (3) and of the insert (5), relative displacements (7) arise between the tank wall (3) and the insert (5) and the flexible sealing element (6) is configured such that sealing faces (8, 16) are formed both on the insert (5) and on the tank wall (3), against which faces the sealing element (6) bears independently of the relative displacements (7).

Tank with heating element for selective catalytic reduction

The invention describes a tank comprising a water or solvent based solution, dispersion or emulsion. The tank comprises an electrical resistance heating element immersed in the solution, dispersion or emulsion. The electrical heating element is provided in the tank with an electrical current. The electrical resistance heating elements comprises a textile fabric and at least one electrical heating wire. The electrical heating wire is fixed onto the textile fabric and the electrical heating wire comprises metal filaments or metal fibers.

CONTAINER COMPRISING A TECHNICAL MODULE RESTING ON THE INNER WALL OF THE CONTAINER

A container including an inner wall including an opening sealed by a plate of a technical module including at least one technical device, the sealing of the opening resulting from insertion of the plate into the opening in a main direction. The plate of the technical module includes a flange including a bearing surface, and the inner wall of the vessel includes a bearing directed towards the inside of the container, which acts as a seat for the flange, to block passage of the plate of the technical module through the opening towards outside of the container.

LIQUID TRANSFER DEVICE AND A TANK ASSEMBLY COMPRISING SUCH A TRANSFER DEVICE

This transfer device includes at least one body defining at least partially a transfer conduit having a first orifice and a second orifice, and one heating member arranged at least partially in the body so as to heat the at least one transfer conduit. The first orifice and the second orifice are offset i) on the one hand, along a first direction, and ii) on the other hand, along a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.
