The disclosure relates to a method for dyeing keratin fibers, in particular human keratin fibers such as hair, involving the application of a dye composition (A) on the fibers, said dye composition comprising one or more oxidation dyes, one or more scleroglucan gums in a total weight content greater than or equal to 0.5% relative to the total weight of the composition (A) and one or more alkaline agents, and the application of an oxidizing composition (B) comprising one or more chemical oxidizing agents and one or more scleroglucan gums preferably in a total weight content greater than or equal to 0.5% relative to the total weight of the composition (B); the oxidizing composition (B) being mixed with the dye composition (A) just before use (application on said fibers). The disclosure also relates to a multi-compartment device suitable for implementing the method.

A formula delivery appliance can be used for treatment of the hair and scalp, such as an appliance used to color hair. The appliance may include a consumable assembly incorporating various components of the hair and scalp treatment appliance, a portion of which may be consumed and then replaced by a user. At least one fastener for securing the main body in a closed configuration is provided. The biodegradable hair sheet is composed of a material that degrades in water.

A blending system and method are described for preparing a blended mixture. The blending system includes a control system having at least a processor, and a computer-readable memory, wherein the memory contains software configured to receive a formula defining instructions for preparing a blended mixture. The blending system further includes: a plurality of receptacles to organize and store blending dye containers, the blending dye containers containing blending materials; a pumping system that pumps blending materials into a mixing bowl, wherein the pumping system is controlled by the control system; and a user input device that receives input regarding the preparation of the blended mixture. The control system monitors a weight on the scale as blending materials are added to a mixing bowl on the scale, wherein a desired batch size of the blended mixture is prepared and added to the mixing bowl on the scale.

The present invention provides a hair dyeing apparatus comprising: a body part having an interior space containing a colorant; a cover part connecting the body part and sealing the interior space, a handle part protruding from the cover part, a brush part formed in an end of the handle part, an application part including an outflow hole communicating with the interior space, and a comb part formed in the handle part toward an opposite direction to the brush part, wherein the handle part and the brush part are integrated as one body, and the comb part and the body part are integrated as one body; wherein the application part comprises a flow path disposed inside the handle part, an inflow hole formed in an inner side of the cover part and introducing the colorant, and the outflow hole formed in a combtooth and discharging the colorant.

A blending method is described for preparing a blended mixture. The blending method for preparing a blended mixture, the method includes: providing a control system having at least a processor, a computer-readable memory, and a display, wherein the memory contains software configured to receive a recipe defining instructions for preparing a blended mixture using one or more blending materials and amounts for producing a batch size of the blended mixture on a scale; monitoring a weight on the scale as blending materials are added to a receptacle on the scale; and indicating on the display the amounts of the blending materials that have been added to the scale to prepare an amount of a custom blended mixture based upon the selected blending materials.

The present invention relates to a process for permanent shaping and dyeing carried out one after another with compositions providing improved and milder shaping and dyeing of hair, especially human hair. The inventors of the present invention have unexpectedly found out that when commonly used permanent shaping and dyeing compositions are mixed with another composition comprising predominantly carboxylic acids, the permanent shaping and dyeing effects of the compositions are improved, homogeneous permanent shaping and dyeing of hair fibers is achieved and natural cosmetic properties of hair are maintained.
