According to the present invention, the production of 3-hydroxypropionic acid remarkably increases and the production amount of 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PDO), which is generated as by-products when producing 3-hydroxypropionic acid, remarkably decreases, compared to known recombinant microorganisms comprising gene expressing Klebsiella pneumonia-derived Vitamin B.sub.12-dependent glycerol dehydratase.
