Method for Operating a Hand-Guided Processing Device and Processing System
A method operates a hand-guided processing device having a user-activated operating sensor device with a plurality of different detection positions. The method involves the steps: a) detecting a sequence of activations of the operating sensor device at different detection positions of the plurality of detection positions, and b) when the detected sequence corresponds to a given sequence, calibrating the operating sensor device for at least one detection position of the plurality of detection positions based on at least one of the activations of the detected activations.
Method of refurbishing a landscape power tool
A method of refurbishing a handheld landscape power tool includes separating an original motor of the power tool from a tool head of the power tool. The tool head includes a tool shaft extending proximate to the original motor. A replacement power head and a shaft coupler are provided. The replacement power head includes a motor and a power shaft mechanically coupled to the motor. The shaft coupler includes a power shaft connecter coupled to a shaft-specific connecter. The replacement power head is coupled to the shaft coupler by connecting the power shaft connecter to the power shaft of the replacement power head. The tool head is coupled to the shaft coupler by connecting the shaft-specific connecter to the tool shaft of the tool head.
Hand-guided treatment device having a motor housing
A hand-guided treatment device has a motor housing which includes a basic housing body that extends at least on a first housing side, and a remaining housing body, which is connected to the basic housing body and, together with the basic housing body, encloses a housing interior. A drive motor in the housing interior is held on the basic housing body. The basic housing body has a tool-holding device for holding a tool driven by the drive motor. The basic housing body forms a rigid motor- and tool-supporting structure which extends at least on the first housing side and on an adjoining second housing side, forming an L shape, wherein the remaining housing body forms a non-rigid remaining housing structure.
SINGLE LINE WEED VEGETATION TRIMMER AND/OR EDGER WITH CONTINUOUS LINE FEED
Line trimmers and/or edgers for weed and vegetation are discussed. One example embodiment comprises: a trimmer head configured to rotate a portion of a trimmer line comprising a cutting end of the trimmer line; a trimmer motor configured to drive the rotation of the trimmer head; a continuous line feed mechanism configured to continuously feed the trimmer line into the trimmer head while the continuous line feed mechanism is active; and one or more line feed activation mechanisms configured to control an activation and a deactivation of the continuous line feed mechanism.
POWER TOOL
Power tools are provided. A power tool can include a drop wheel moveable in a vertical direction about a pivot axis; a spring rotatably biasing the drop wheel about the pivot axis; a stop mechanism defining a plurality of stop positions each corresponding with a different relative position of the drop wheel; and a user interface configured to selectively disengage the stop mechanism to permit the drop wheel to rotate about the pivot axis until the stop wheel contacts an underlying surface below the power tool, wherein the user interface is disposed at a handle of the power tool.
Electric working machine
An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes two or more circuits and a control circuit. The control circuit executes two or more diagnoses one by one in order. The diagnoses at least include a first diagnosis and a second diagnosis. The first diagnosis diagnoses a first circuit. The second diagnosis diagnoses a second circuit. The control circuit executes the first diagnosis or the second diagnosis at a first diagnosis timing. The control circuit executes the first diagnosis or the second diagnosis at a second diagnosis timing. The second diagnosis timing follows the first diagnosis timing.
Hand-Held Horizontal Rotary Trimmer
A lawn mower includes a housing with a baffle that defines an air path to produce a cross-flow. The baffle includes a vent to manipulate air pressures within the housing and facilitate movement of plant clippings. A hand-held device for trimming with a rotary blade assembly may also include a housing that defines an air path to produce a cross-flow. The hand-held trimming device may also a baffle with a vent to facilitate movement of plant clippings.
Landscape trimming tool attachment device
A landscape trimming tool attachment device for creating circular and uniform tree wells is made up of a curved tree collar, a substantially linear extension section, and an attachment means for attaching the attachment device to a landscape trimming tool.
Universal string trimmer head
A universal stringer head assembly including a cylindrical housing with an interior diameter with the geometry of a cone or wedge with a plurality of orifices passing from the exterior surface to the interior surface. Each orifice is sized and shaped to receive a fastener therethrough. Ideally, at least three orifices are equally spaced about the external circumference of the housing, facilitating the rotatable attachment of at least three fasteners to the rotatable shaft of an associated piece of lawn equipment, for example an edge trimmer.
Guard Tube for Supporting a Drive Shaft of a Hand-Guided Power Tool
A guard tube assembly for a drive shaft of a power tool has a guard tube with a tube cross section deviating from a circular shape and having an inner contour and a center. An inner support tube inside the guard tube supports the drive shaft. The inner support tube has a bearing sleeve supported by support elements on the inner contour. The inner contour has a first and a second circumferential section. The first circumferential section has a smallest spacing to the center and the second circumferential section has a largest spacing to the center. The elastic support elements have a contact surface contacting the inner contour and spaced at a contact surface spacing to the center. The contact surface spacing is longer than the smallest spacing of the first circumferential section and shorter than or identical to the largest spacing of the second circumferential section.
