POWERHEAD UNIT FOR TOOL
A powered device includes a powerhead unit and an attachment unit selectively attachable to and powered by the powerhead unit. The powerhead unit includes a motor, a first shaft segment having a first driveshaft segment coupled to the motor, and a first connecting portion attached to the first shaft segment. The attachment unit includes an operational unit configured to be driven by the motor, a second shaft segment having a second driveshaft segment coupled to the operational unit, and a second connecting portion attached to the second shaft segment for coupling to the first connecting portion. One of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines an axial opening having a keyway and includes a button having a hook portion. The other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion defines a slot and includes a key.
Working machine including speed increaser and speed reducer
A working machine may include a pipe, a body unit, a tool unit, a shaft, and a speed increaser. The body unit may be disposed at a rear end of the pipe and include a prime mover. The tool unit may be disposed at a front end of the pipe and include a front tool. The shaft may be disposed inside the pipe and be configured to transmit power of the prime mover to the front tool. The speed increaser may be disposed between the shaft and the front tool. The speed increaser may be configured to make a rotational speed of the front tool higher than a rotational speed of the shaft.
ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
An electric work machine includes a housing with improved strength. An electric work machine includes a motor compartment accommodating a motor, a battery holder that receives a battery for supplying electric power to the motor, a grip grippable by an operator, and a sheet for reinforcement located in a bend. The bend is in at least one of the motor compartment, the battery holder, or the grip or connects two of the motor compartment, the battery holder, or the grip.
Hand-guided treatment device having a motor housing
A hand-guided treatment device has a motor housing which includes a basic housing body that extends at least on a first housing side, and a remaining housing body, which is connected to the basic housing body and, together with the basic housing body, encloses a housing interior. A drive motor in the housing interior is held on the basic housing body. The basic housing body has a tool-holding device for holding a tool driven by the drive motor. The basic housing body forms a rigid motor- and tool-supporting structure which extends at least on the first housing side and on an adjoining second housing side, forming an L shape, wherein the remaining housing body forms a non-rigid remaining housing structure.
Electric tool and method for controlling startup thereof
An electric tool includes a drive structure, a motor, a driver circuit, and a controller. The controller is configured to output a first control signal to control the motor to drive the drive structure to operate in a first operation mode for a preset period of time in response to receiving a start instruction. After the preset period of time, the controller will output a second control signal to control the motor to drive the drive structure to operate in a second operation mode to a preset state. The first operation mode and the second operation mode are two opposite operation modes.
Chainsaw Limb Gripping Attachment System
A chainsaw limb gripping attachment system comprising a chainsaw comprising a motor with a handle configured for holding by a user, and a blade configured to extend away from the motor, the blade comprising a guide bar and a plurality of cutting teeth positioned around a periphery of the guide bar and configured to rotate; and a gripper bar comprising a center section removably attached to the guide bar, an upper section extending upwardly from the center section, and a lower section extending downwardly from the center section. The gripper bar comprises a first gripping section on a proximal edge of the upper section, the first gripping section comprising a first plurality of teeth. The gripper bar further comprises a second gripping section disposed on a distal edge of the lower section, the second gripping section comprising a second plurality of teeth.
Power landscaping tool ensemble for using multiple tool heads
A power tool ensemble includes at least a power head, a first shaft coupler, and a second shaft coupler, for use with tool heads of landscaping tools. The power head includes a motor and a power shaft mechanically coupled to the motor. Each shaft coupler includes a power shaft connecter for connecting to the power shaft, and a shaft-specific connecter for connecting to tool shafts of the tool heads. In each shaft coupler, the power shaft connecter is mechanically coupled to the shaft-specific connecter. The shaft-specific connecter in the first shaft coupler has a different tool shaft configuration from the shaft-specific connecter in the second shaft coupler.
Handheld power tool
The invention provides a handheld power tool, which comprises a handle assembly, a power mechanism connected with the handle assembly, and a working mechanism connected with the power mechanism. The power mechanism comprises a main housing, an inner housing, and a motor disposed in the inner housing. The main housing comprises a first air inlet at a side wall thereof, the inner housing comprises an opening. An airflow channel is located between the main housing and the inner housing, and in communication with the first air inlet, the opening and an inside of the inner housing. The handheld power tool of the present invention not only has good heat dissipation effect, but also has waterproof and dustproof effects, and can work in rainy days and humid areas without affecting the performance of the whole machine.
Power tool with non-conductive driveshaft
A power tool includes an elongated shaft forming a handle and a tool head located at one end of the handle. The tool head includes a working element and a driven shaft configured to drive the working element. A powerhead located at an opposite end of the handle and includes an input shaft. A driveshaft extends between the tool head and the powerhead. The driveshaft is rotatably coupled to the input shaft and the driven shaft to transfer torque from the powerhead to the working element of the tool head. At least a portion of the driveshaft extending between the powerhead and the working element is constructed of a non-conductive material to inhibit transmission of electricity from the working element to the powerhead.
Gardening and/or forestry apparatus
