The present invention relates to a pet house structure that includes a bottom plate, side plates, a top cover and a plurality of profiles, wherein the side plates and the plurality of profiles are alternately connected to define and form a frame of a polygonal structure, wherein at least one of the side plate of the frame is provided with a passage, wherein the bottom plate and the top cover are connected to the plurality of profiles of the frame through fastening devices, wherein each of the profiles has a mounting cavity extending along its length direction, the mounting cavity is equipped with an inner plug, and wherein the bottom plate and the top cover are connected with the inner plug through the fastening device.

This invention relates to the improvements in cat clawing/scratching pads and the like—providing the user with a means to convert cardboard into renewed cat scratching surfaces. This cat scratching system enables the guided cutting of user-supplied cardboard into strips and subsequent filing of those strips into a shell in such a way that exposed strips serve as a cat scratching surface. After wear or destruction of filed cardboard strips through cat scratching, clawing, pulling, tearing, or general degradation (e.g., accumulation of cat hair) cardboard can be removed from the cat scratching system. The process of cutting cardboard strips and storing is repeated to enable renewal of the cat scratching surfaces from the user's cardboard source of choice (e.g., repurpose corrugated cardboard commonly found in delivered packages).

A scratching pad comprising a base, a filing sheet, and a cover. The filing sheet is arranged against the base and the cover is arranged against the filing sheet, opposite the base. The base is a protective, non-porous material. The filing sheet further comprises an abrasive surface configured to dull sharp objects that rub against it. The cover is made of a porous material configured to allow sharp objects to pass through it. The scratching pad and its components are all flexible as to allow the scratching pad to be manipulated and wrapped around external objects.

Scratching apparatus (1, 107, 133) comprising a support for a scratchable cover (5, 101), wherein the support comprises a plurality of support members (13, 15; 113, 115; 135, 137), the support being reconfigurable between first and second states, wherein in said first state a scratchable cover (5, 101) supported by said support is loosely mounted on said support and in said second state said scratchable cover (5, 101) is tensioned around the support, the arrangement being such that reconfiguring said support from said first state to said second state causes at least one of said support members (13, 15; 113, 115; 135, 137) to move relative to another support member to tension the scratchable cover around the support, and reconfiguring said support from said second state to said first state causes at least one of said support members (13, 15; 113, 115; 135, 137) to move relative to another support member to loosen the scratchable cover mounted on the support.

An animal scratching post with food dispenser is described. Embodiments of the animal scratching post can include, but are not limited to, a base structure, a control module, an activation module, a food dispensing device, and one or more scratch pads operatively connected to the activation module. The base structure can include one or more perches and an internally located conduit for delivering food from the food dispensing device to a lower section of the base structure. The control module can be configured to receive a signal from the activation module indicating the scratch pad has been interacted with by an animal and send a signal to the food dispensing device to dispense food.
