SPINNING REEL
A spinning reel, includes a reel body, a spool shaft supported by the reel body, a reciprocating mechanism having a slider mounted on the spool shaft and a worm shaft configured to rotate to move the spool shaft and the slider back and forth, and a torque-limiting mechanism that includes the worm shaft, a worm shaft gear that is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the worm shaft, and a frictional force-generating member disposed between the worm shaft and the worm shaft gear and that is configured to contact the worm shaft or the worm shaft gear to generate a frictional force in a circumferential direction and to permit or cancel transmission of torque from the worm shaft gear to the worm shaft by the frictional force.
Fishing spinning reel
One object is to provide a fishing spinning reel which ensures the concentricity of the spool shaft with respect to the pinion gear and enables the spool shaft to be smoothly and accurately reciprocated back and forth without rattling during rotational operation of the handle. The fishing spinning reel includes a support member supporting the front end of the spool shaft and having a concentric fitting portion for achieving concentricity with respect to the pinion gear. The spool shaft is supported at two points, one at the support member positioned in front of a front end of the pinion gear, and the other is a slide member of an oscillation device, whereby an outer circumferential surface of the spool shaft does not contact the inner circumferential surface of the pinion gear and the gap is maintained.
Reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel
A reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel includes a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a rotation transmission body, and a movable body. The first rotating body is configured to rotate in conjunction with a winding operation of a handle of the fishing reel. The second rotating body is arranged spaced apart from the first rotating body along a spool shaft direction in which a spool shaft of the fishing reel extends. The rotation transmission body is bridged between the first rotating body and the second rotating body, and is configured to transmit the rotation of the first rotating body to the second rotating body. The movable body is configured to engage the rotation transmission body, and is configured to reciprocate in the spool shaft direction accompanying an actuation of the rotation transmission body.
Reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel and a fishing reel
A level winding mechanism for a dual-hearing reel is equipped with a worm shaft including intersecting spiral grooves and an engagement pin, and a torque limiting mechanism. The engagement pin engages the spiral grooves. The torque limiting mechanism limits the rotational drive force which rotates the worm shaft. At least a portion of the worm shaft is made of synthetic resin.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel includes a spool shaft, a handle, a pinion gear, a first intermediate gear, a second intermediate gear, and a reciprocating mechanism. The first intermediate gear is rotatably disposed around a first shaft parallel to the spool shaft. The first intermediate gear includes a first large-diameter gear which meshes with the pinion gear and a first small-diameter gear which integrally rotates with the first large-diameter gear. The second intermediate gear is rotatably disposed around a second shaft parallel to the first shaft. The second intermediate gear includes a second large-diameter gear which meshes with the first small-diameter gear and a second small-diameter gear which integrally rotates with the second large-diameter gear. The reciprocating mechanism includes a driven gear which meshes with the second small-diameter gear and reciprocates the spool shaft in the front-rear direction.

The reciprocating mechanism includes a driven gear which meshes with the second small-diameter gear and reciprocates the spool shaft in the front-rear direction.
Gear mounting structure of fishing reel
A gear mounting structure includes a worm shaft, a gear, and an elastic member. The worm shaft includes a shaft body, on the outer surface of which is formed intersecting spiral grooves, and a gear locking portion with a non-circular cross section, on at least a portion of the outer surface of which is formed a curved surface portion and a planar portion. The gear includes a gear body, on the outer surface of which are formed teeth, and to which the handle rotation is transmitted, and a boss portion protruding from the gear body and having an engagement portion engaging the gear locking portion. The elastic member is mounted so as to abut the outer surface of the boss portion of the gear, and at least a portion of the curved surface portion of the gear locking portion.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel includes a reel body, a crank mounted to the reel body, a main shaft, a tubular worm, a rotor, a spool unit, a rotary shaft, a slider block, a cam mechanism, and a guiding unit. The cam mechanism is disposed between the rotary shaft and the slider block to provide a camming action for translating rotation of the rotary shaft into linear reciprocating motion of the slider block relative to the rotary shaft. A guiding sleeve of the guiding unit is disposed between the rotary shaft and the slider block to guide and stabilize the linear reciprocating motion of the slider block.
