SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONVEYING CONFECTION MOLDS
A confection mold conveying system and methods for manufacturing of confection products, the system including a first conveyor segment and a second conveyor segment. The first conveyor segment has a first pusher bar and a series of spaced apart first pusher fingers extending therefrom. The first pusher fingers are oriented to engage confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in a first direction. The first pusher fingers are re-oriented to avoid engagement with the confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in a second direction opposite the first direction. The second conveyor segment receives the confection mold trays from the first conveyor segment and can include a first rotatable shaft with a first helical channel to receive a first tab of one of the confection mold trays. Rotation of the rotatable shaft thereby continuously advances the respective confection mold tray in the first direction.
DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING MOULDS FOR CHOCOLATE OR CONFECTIONERY
A device for transporting moulds for chocolate or confectionery is provided with at least one rod that extends below, above or next to the moulds, whereby this rod is movable back and forth in its longitudinal direction and is provided with a number of catches for the moulds that are placed along its longitudinal direction, whereby the rod is rotatable around its axis so that the catches can rotate from a first position, whereby they can take along the moulds, to a second position whereby they are situated below or above the plane of the moulds or next to the moulds.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF MAKING A SHORTCAKE IN A PACKAGE CONTAINER
A system for manufacturing a multi-layer shortcake can be realized by reversing the manufacturing process of the shortcake to normal. The assembly line conveyor system includes a package container having a top opening as a cake mold and a take-out film set as an insole in the package container. The packaged shortcake includes a topping layer of a cake, a first cream layer, a shape retaining sponge block, a second cream layer, and a cake base platform on the insole film and closed with a bottom lid. Preferably, the packaged shortcake contains a cake block between the first cream layer and the second cream layer for supporting the shape of the shortcake.

METHODS FOR CONVEYING CONFECTION MOLDS
Methods of confection mold conveying comprise translating, in a first direction, a first pusher bar having spaced apart first pusher fingers oriented to engage confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in the first direction; translating, in a second direction opposite the first direction, the first pusher bar, wherein the first pusher fingers are oriented to avoid engagement with the confection mold trays while the first pusher bar is translated in the second direction, and wherein the first pusher bar is translated within a first conveyor segment of a confection mold conveyor; and rotating a first rotatable shaft with a first helical channel formed therein that is sized and configured to move the confection mold trays, wherein the first rotatable shaft is included within a second conveyor segment of the confection mold conveyor and is positioned to receive the confection mold trays from the first conveyor segment.
PRODUCT CARRIER AND TRANSPORT DEVICE
A product carrier for transporting food products in a transport device, and to a transport device. The product carrier has an upper side for loading and/or inserting products and an underside opposite the upper side. The product carrier has a rectangular basic shape with longitudinal sides which have a length in a longitudinal direction, and with width sides which have a width in a width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The product carrier has, on the longitudinal sides, mutually-opposing longitudinal-edge strips, each of which has a drive aperture.

METHOD USING ROLLING MOLD TO PREPARE FREEZE-DRIED EXCIPIENT, AND PRODUCT THEREOF
The invention relates to the fields of medicines, chemistry, and food products, and specifically relates to a rolling mold combination device, a method using a rolling mold to prepare a freeze-dried excipient, and a product thereof. The method has the advantage of being able to engrave any character or pattern at any part of a mold, and correspondingly, can produce the character or pattern at any part of a manufactured product, including a product name or trademark, and such an effect cannot be obtained in existing freeze-dried excipient products. The manufactured product can be designed to be any shape and does not readily break inside packaging, reducing loss of medicines and enabling accurate dosages thereof. The method of preparing a freeze-dried excipient adopts mold-release freeze-drying, and a mold does not re-enter a freeze-drying step, improving production efficiency, decreasing production cost, saving energy and protecting the environment.
