DISPOSABLE RESPIRATOR
Methods, systems and apparatus for a pouch-style mask having upper and lower mask substrates, each having a first layer comprising spunbond material and a second layer comprising meltblown material, a perimeter comprising a user contacting portion and a non-user contacting portion, and a shoulder proximate a left-side transition between the user contacting portion and the non-user contacting portion and a shoulder proximate a right-side transition between the user contacting portion and the non-user contacting portion. The mask also has a head strap assembly comprising first and second head straps each having first and second end portions, where the first end portions of the first and second head straps are attached to the left upper and lower shoulders in a side-by-side configuration and the second end portions of the first and second head straps are attached to the right upper and lower shoulders in a side-by-side configuration.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR DUCKBILL MASK
A duckbill mask includes a mask upper side and a mask lower side. A manufacturing process includes: respectively performing edge folding and press sealing on an upper nose edge on the mask upper side and a jaw edge on the mask lower side, and using a double-way staggered cutting process to add a nose bridge while folding the upper nose edge; and overlapping the mask upper side and the mask lower side, then performing press sealing on convex edges of the mask upper side and the mask lower side by using a staggered opposite arrangement method, and using a double-way staggered cutting process to add an ear belt while performing press sealing on the convex edges. In the multi-line machining process, multi-line edge folding and press sealing of all layers of materials, overlapping and then finished product cutting are performed, whereby two duckbill masks are manufactured at a time.
FITTED FACE MASK APPARATUS
A face mask apparatus equipped with specially positioned fabric welds configured to ensure that the face mask contours to the shape of a user's face snugly and securely when worn. The unique weld enables the face mask to be manufactured in differing sizes without changing the fit of the fabrics employed in the construction of the mask, expediting and simplifying production. The contour established via the specific placement of the welds is aided by a foam segment on a nose bridge portion configured to provide comfort as well as a secure seal on all borders of the face mask. Three panels of varying sizes are present on each fit of the face mask.
Fog-Preventing Face Mask Device
A face mask accessory or assembly that inhibits the passage of fog-causing breath vapors between a face mask, such as a surgical or fabric mask, and a wearer's eyewear. The device may further assist in maintaining the intended fit and functionality of both the mask and glasses, and may be shipped flat. In some embodiments, the accessory is removable, adjustable and/or reusable. In other embodiments, the assembly is a face mask integrated with an anti-fogging flange.
SANITIZING FACE MASK
A sanitizing face mask inhibits the transmission of pathogens in air respired through the nose and mouth of a wearer. The mask includes hydrophobic inner and outer layers and an intermediate layer enclosed between them. The intermediate layer is saturated with a sanitizing liquid such as an ethanol solution. Respired air encounters the sanitizing liquid as it passes through the intermediate layer, killing pathogens borne on droplets or aerosols. The sanitizing mask protects the wearer, from pathogens in the inspired air, and others, from possible pathogens in the expired air of the wearer.
MASK SYSTEM AND METHOD
A mask system that includes a slipcover. The slipcover fits over a commercially available mask or any mask. The slip cover includes a first foldable surface, and a second foldable surface. The first foldable surface and the second foldable surface are folded to removably attach the slipcover to the mask. The slipcover also includes a plurality of loop tabs.
MEDICAL HEATED FACE MASK
A heated medical face mask is provided, including, a first outer layer having an outer surface and an inner surface; a second, inner layer having an outer surface and in inner surface; the first and second layers being fastened together around corresponding peripheral side and bottom edges but being open along an upper edge or side edge to form a pocket; and a heating element being releasably located in the pocket.
Face shield and method of use
An apparatus and method for use of an improved face shield assembly which prevents foreign materials or contaminants from vertically migrating from the above a wearer's head to the area around a wearer's face, eyes, nose and mouth.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MASKS
An apparatus for manufacturing trapezoid-shaped masks is disclosed. The apparatus may include, a first feeding unit, for providing three or more rolled fabrics; a second feeding unit, for providing one or more rolled materials, simultaneously to the provision of the three or more rolled fabrics; a first folding and joining unit, for folding and joining together edges of three or more fabrics provided by the first feeding unit to form a joint multilayered fabric; a second folding and joining unit, for folding and joining the edges of one or more materials provided by the second feeding unit to form folded material; and a joining unit configured to join together the joint multilayered fabric and the folded material, by forming the continuous joint thereby forming at least two masks in relatively alternating positions, such that the open side of one mask is pointing in an opposite direction from the open side of the other mask.
Face Shield and Method of Use
An apparatus and method for use of an improved face shield assembly which prevents foreign materials or contaminants from vertically migrating from the above a wearer's head to the area around a wearer's face, eyes, nose and mouth.
