A vertically interchangeable and stackable jewelry system which includes a pendant bail clasp and stackable pendants. The bail clasp opens with a hinged lever, which includes a beveled edge opposite the hinged end of the lever. In addition, the clasp contains a complementary beveled edge which locks with the beveled edge of the hinged lever to lock the pendant bail clasp. Each pendant includes a uniform hooking mechanism at an exterior edge to connect pendant to the bail clasp. Differing pendants all have the same hooking mechanism to facilitate proper stacking. Pendants are available in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes such an infinite number of combinations are available. The front and back surface of each charm is curved to facilitate vertical stacking of the charms upon and beneath each other. The present jewelry system also includes an interior view when ornaments have center openings and are vertically stacked.

The hook also includes a closure having a first closure end and a second closure end and a channel with a floor flanked by two lateral sides. A second magnet or a ferromagnetic material is embedded into the floor opposed to the first magnet or ferromagnetic material. The closure being pivotally and/or pivotally and slidably attached to the hook body by at least one pin. The magnet(s) and/or ferromagnetic material hold the closure in a closed position enclosing a defined space.

This clasp includes stationary and movable closure elements; a housing for covering at least a portion of the closure; and a connection piece secured to the stationary closure element. The clasp is spring-biased towards its closed position. Pushing the connection piece towards the housing opens the clasp. The resulting clasp arrangement can be utilized with a multi-strand jewelry item.

The invention relates to a jewelry article (10), in particular a bracelet, comprising two branches (12a, 12b) and a clasp (20) comprising a lock (40) pivotally mounted on a pivot (22) integral with or connected to one end (13a) of one of the two branches (12a, 12b). The lock (40) comprises a central passage (54) extending along the axis of the pivot (22) and a cavity (58) communicating with the central passage (54) and opening onto one of two lateral sides (42a, 42b) of the lock (40). The clasp (20) further comprises a connecting member (24) integral with or connected to one end (13b) of the other of the two branches (12a, 12b) and intended to be fitted into the central passage (54) and the cavity (58) of the lock (40). The connecting member (24) and the cavity (58) are shaped so as to make it possible, on the one hand, to bring the jewelry article (10) from an unlocked configuration to a locked configuration by rotating the lock (40) about the pivot (22) in one direction after the connecting member (24) has been fitted into the lock and, on the other hand, to bring the jewelry article (10) from the locked configuration to the unlocked configuration by rotating the lock (40) about the pivot (22) in an opposite direction so that the connecting member (24) can be removed from the lock (40).

An alert unit is coupled to the wristband and the alert unit is in thermal communication with the wristband's environment. The alert unit selectively emits an audible alarm and the alert unit is in wireless electrical communication with an electronic device. The alert unit emits the audible alarm when the alert unit detects a temperature of the wristband's environment falls below or rises above a trigger temperature. In this way the alert unit alerts a caregiver to a potential hazard with respect to the child.
