The present invention is directed towards a cosmetic assembly, of use for the treatment of keratin fibres, comprising a fluid cosmetic composition containing at least particles in the dispersed state in a liquid medium, said composition being solidifiable via the aggregation of said particles; and a device (1) comprising a mould (2), the mould (2) comprising at least one cavity (5), into which or each of which at least one of said fibres can be at least partially introduced, for the purposes of moulding said composition onto at least one part of said fibre(s) present in the cavity or cavities (5). The present invention is also directed towards a process for cosmetic treatment of one or more keratin fibres.

A method and device for selectively entraining hair strands from the scalp having at least one hooking applicator, the at least one hooking applicator employing a hook that rotates to entrain the hair strands, a hair color container having hair color therein and a way to apply the hair color to the entrained hair stands includes a hooking applicator, hair color container, and trigger mechanism. The trigger mechanism operates to entrain hair using the hooking application and apply hair color to the hair from the hair color container.

A method and device for selectively entraining hair strands from the scalp having at least one hooking applicator, the at least one hooking applicator employing a hook that rotates to entrain the hair strands, a hair color container having hair color therein and a way to apply the hair color to the entrained hair stands includes a hooking applicator, hair color container, and trigger mechanism. The trigger mechanism operates to entrain hair using the hooking application and apply hair color to the hair from the hair color container.

A device for selectively entraining hair strands from the scalp has at least one hooking applicator, the at least one hooking applicator employing a hook that rotates to entrain the hair strands, a hair color container having hair color therein and a way to apply the hair color to the entrained hair stands. The at least one hooking applicator forms a channel between a surface of the hook and a surface of a body portion of the at least one hooking applicator having a hair color outlet therein to better accommodate high viscosity liquid hair color. The hook and/or the at least one hooking applicator includes a recess to hold entrained hair and permit hair color to fill the recess for application. A trigger mechanism first rotates the hook to entrain hair strands and then squeezes the hair color container to apply hair color to the entrained hair.

A method of hair dying is provides that includes applying a polymer based hair dye to hair and emitting light on the applied polymer based hair dye for a duration to cure the polymer based hair dye on the hair. In certain aspects a device is provided that emits polymer curative energy for curing an applied polymer based hair dye that includes a housing, at least polymer curative light source disposed in the housing, and a controller operatively connected to the heat source and the at least one polymer curative light source. In certain embodiments a heat source is disposed in the housing that includes a polymer curative light source.

A method of hair dying is provides that includes applying a polymer based hair dye to hair and emitting light on the applied polymer based hair dye for a duration to cure the polymer based hair dye on the hair. In certain aspects a device is provided that emits polymer curative energy for curing an applied polymer based hair dye that includes a housing, at least polymer curative light source disposed in the housing, and a controller operatively connected to the heat source and the at least one polymer curative light source. In certain embodiments a heat source is disposed in the housing that includes a polymer curative light source.

A device for selectively entraining hair strands from the scalp has at least one hooking or a clamping applicator, the at least one hooking applicator employing a hook that rotates to entrain the hair strands, and the clamping application employing a flat plate. A hair product container having a styling product or hair color therein is provided. The device also includes a mechanism to apply the hair product to the entrained hair stands. The mechanism using a hooking applicator can include a worm gear.

Device for applying free-flowing hair dye to regions of hair includes a housing having a handle with a housing interior for receiving the free-flowing hair dye. The housing has a cover with a row of hair receptacles arranged next to one another in a longitudinal direction of the housing and extend in a channel-like manner in a transverse direction of the housing, which each open towards the housing exterior for the insertion of regions of hair. In a first set of hair receptacles, the hair receptacles are connected to the housing interior via dispensing openings for hair dye, and hair-dye-free hair receptacles of a second set are arranged between the hair receptacles of the first set. A supply element is arranged in the housing interior for supplying hair dye from the housing interior to the dispensing openings of the hair receptacles of the first set.

The invention relates to a cosmetic device for cleansing the hair, comprising: an ultrasonic transmitter, a handpiece comprising a probe cooperating with a counter-form so as to pinch the lock of hair between a bearing surface of the counter-form and a distal outer surface of the probe.

It also relates to the cosmetic method for cleansing the hair that uses said device, preferably with a cleansing composition comprising at least one surfactant.
