METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR HAIR STYLING
A method and apparatus for styling hair using an apparatus preferably shaped as a hand having finger like elements that are flexible and can be separated from each so that a strand of hair can be inserted in between two of the finger like elements so that the strand is held in place as its being braided. The apparatus is mounted on a base with a clamp for securing the apparatus to a chair, table or other surface to keep the apparatus in place during the braiding of each strand of hair being braided. In another embodiment the apparatus can have three flexible elements that are generally upwardly extending from supporting surface such as a hand like or other structure so that two strands can be placed in between the places between the two end elements and the middle element for braiding.
Hairstyling Support Device
A hairstyling support device is provided. The device includes a frame having a front panel integrally affixed to a rear panel via a plurality of supports disposed about a perimeter of each of the front and rear panels. A plurality of openings are disposed through the front panel in a grid pattern. At least one telescopic panel is disposed within the front panel, wherein the telescopic panel is selectively movable between a stored position and a deployed position. The telescopic panel includes a secondary plurality of openings therethrough. A plurality of pegs is securable within the plurality of openings. A lighting system is disposed between the front panel and the rear panel, wherein the lighting system illuminates one or more of the plurality of openings when activated.
HAIR BRAIDING KIT
A hair braiding kit includes a base mat with a first hair attachment and a second hair attachment attached at different locations to the mat. The first and second hair attachments have multiple strands configured in 3 columns, each strand attached to the mat midway between a first end and a second end. The strands of the second hair attachment are thinner than the strands of the first attachment. A hair braiding game includes a grid and multiple game pieces. The grid has multiple rows, a row-label column, and at least 3 lane columns, forming playing cells. The number of game pieces corresponds to the number of playing cells. Each game piece has one of several unique identifiers matching the number of lane columns. A pre-pluck, multi-ethnic mannequin head includes groupings of multiple strands affixed to the mannequin head. Each grouping has a unique characteristic thickness and/or texture.
Hair Styling Device and Method
A hairstyling device includes a needle having a shaft with a first end and a second end, a tail terminating with the second end, and an eye formed from the shaft proximate the first end and the tail. The hairstyling is useful for creating protective hairstyles when manipulated by a hairstylist.
Apparatus and method for the weaving or interweaving of elongate members to form braids or plaits
The present invention provides apparatus and a method for use in weaving elongate members together and most typically elongate members in the form of hair attached to the head of a person or a toy doll. The elongate members are provided in groups and the groups pass through passages in a weaving mechanism and along guide tubes which are located to the opposing side of the weaving mechanism from the item to which at least some of the elongate members are attached. Typically, relative movement of the weaving mechanism along the elongate members and the operation of the weaving mechanism cause the weave, such as in the form of plaiting, braiding or cornrowing to be formed.
HAIR CROCHET APPARATUSES AND METHODS
An apparatus for crocheting hair that can be used to efficiently and safely crochet hair extensions into cornrow braids. The apparatus can include a handle comprising a first end, a second end, and a connection receptacle located proximate to an attachment receptacle. The handle can further comprise the attachment receptacle located at the first end of the handle and configured to receive an attachment feature of the detachable member, as well as a cavity located within the handle comprising an opening located at the second end of the handle. The attachment feature located at the first end of the detachable member.
Apparatus for styling hair
An apparatus for styling hair is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a handle comprising a motor. The apparatus further comprises a comb head coupled to the handle. The apparatus further comprises a plurality of bristles coupled to the comb head. Each of the bristles comprises a bristle head provided in a honeycomb shape to receive hair. Each of the bristles rotate when the motor is operated to twist and braid the hair.
ECO-FRIENDLY CROCHET STYLE SYNTHETIC BRAIDING HAIR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
An eco-friendly crochet style synthetic braiding hair and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The synthetic braiding hair is comprised of a plurality of the first synthetic fibers configured to easily form a curly shape; a plurality of the second synthetic fibers configured to be half-length of the plurality of the first synthetic fibers and have a high elastic recovery to maintain curly shape; and a plurality of the combined synthetic fibers is made by plurality of the second synthetic fibers being combined in the middle of the plurality of the first synthetic fibers and folded together.
Hair braiding device
A hair braiding device dimensioned and adapted for enabling the separation of a plurality of braiding hair sections with minimum amounts of tangling and knotting, even when the underlying hair braiding device is moved. The hair braiding device provides a grid of hooks positioned at an operational orientation angle, even as the hair braiding device is movable between a deployed state and a collapsed state for transportation and storage. Thereby the operatively associated hair sections remain in their own spaced-apart relationship relative to each other.
HAIR BRAIDING KIT
A hair braiding kit. The hair braiding kit includes a base mat and at least a first hair attachment. The base mat includes an upper surface, a lower surface and an outer edge. The first hair attachment includes a first support protruding from the upper surface of the base mat. The first hair attachment further includes a plurality of strands each having a first end, a second end and a unique identifier. The first end of each of the strands is attached to the first support.
