A cushion member that is secured to a massage table or massage chair and contains a video or virtual reality headset within a substantially central opening or cutout of the cushion member to allow an individual to view video, virtual reality scenes, or other text, graphics or indicia while receiving a massage. A retaining shelf can also be secured to the cushion member to provide support for the video or virtual reality headset. Speakers can also be embedded in the cushion member or a headphone jack or port can be provided with the headset to also allow the individual to listen to any audio associated with the displayed material on the headset.

A resting pillow is disclosed. The resting pillow incorporates headphones as part of the pillow body. The headphones are in communication with electronic communication device, which is configured to send and/or receive wireless signals from an external personal portable electronic device.

In one embodiment, a method of supporting the neck of a user when the user is laying on his or her back includes: obtaining a neck support device including first and second leg attachment portions, a head cradle, and a first coupling portion attaching the first leg attachment portion to the head cradle and a second coupling portion attaching the second leg attachment portion to the head cradle; attaching the first leg attachment portion to the first leg or foot of the user; attaching the second leg attachment portion to the second leg or foot of the user; and arranging the head cradle on a back portion of a user's head such that the user's head is held in tension.

In one or more embodiments, the present invention provide a versatile travel pillow that provides support to the user's head, neck, and shoulders, prevents the user from sliding sideways with respect to the seat, can be quickly and easily secured to the headrest or armrest of a seat or chair, and can be quickly and easily moved from one vehicle seat to another.

A non-restraining collar can include a unitary pillow having extending from a collar body first and second collar straps that extend opposite one another and terminate in respective distal ends separated by a space having a first distance in a relaxed state. The non-restraining collar can also include an elastically deformable spring member embedded in the unitary pillow, the elastically deformable spring member having portions extending into both of the first and second collar straps. The elastically deformable spring member can be deformed such that the first distance is increased to a second distance.

A folding chair includes front and rear supports that fold and/or retract into central beams to reduce the space occupied by the chair in a folded configuration. A backrest is coupled to the central beams with a hub that allows an angle of the backrest relative to the central beams to be selected and for the backrest to be folded flat relative to the central beams. One or more actuators and pin actuators may control the relative movements of the backrest, front support, rear support, and central beams.

A pillow system includes a first pillow including a chin-support portion and first and second arm portions extending generally along a same first direction from opposing sides of the chin-support portion, a movable support being movable relative to the first pillow, and a strap. The strap can connect the movable support to the first pillow to form a pillow assembly. The pillow assembly is configured to support, and limit a movement of, a head of a user in a first position when the pillow assembly is disposed such that a chin of the user rests on the chin-support portion of the first pillow with a neck of the user disposed between the first and second arm portions and the movable support is disposed such that a first portion of the movable support is disposed between the first pillow and a chest of the user to support the first pillow.

A support unit for a modular head support assembly having a right support post and a left support post, said support unit comprising: a support body; a right attachment element and a left attachment element configured for articulation with said right support post and said left support post, respectively, said right attachment element and said left attachment element being disposed at opposite sides of the support body; and an adjustment mechanism configured for selectively adjusting the position of the right attachment element and the left attachment element with respect to each other, at least from an extended position towards a retracted position.

A removable headrest for a gaming chair includes a headrest arranged on the top of a chairback of the gaming chair. The headrest includes a headrest frame, a headrest bottom support frame, and a headrest padding. The headrest frame and the headrest bottom support frame are tightly connected. The chairback includes a chairback frame, a chairback top support frame, and a chairback covering. The chairback frame, the chairback top support frame, and the headrest are all arranged in the chairback covering. An installation plate is arranged on the headrest bottom support frame, and the installation plate extends to the outside of the headrest padding. The installation plate and the chairback top support frame are respectively provided with installation holes matched with each other, and the installation plate and the chairback top support frame are tightly connected through the installation holes. The headrest frame and the chairback frame are smoothly connected.

A head support assembly and a method of supporting a cushion on a headrest are disclosed. The head support assembly comprises a headrest extending upwardly from a seatback, the headrest comprising one or more magnetizable plate members; a cushion adjustable between a first position and a second position relative to the headrest, the cushion comprising a plurality of magnets, wherein the one or more magnetizable plate members and the plurality of magnets are configured to magnetically attach the cushion to the headrest for supporting the cushion at the first or second position.
