Mat facilitating clean up
A mat may be transitioned into at least three different operational configurations: (1) a substantially flat work surface configuration, for using the mat as a work or play surface; (2) a funnel like collection configuration, for facilizing collection and/or clean-up of articles upon a top of the mat; and (3) a folded configuration, for storage of the mat. The mat may have a removably sealable trapdoor for emptying of articles collected above the trapdoor. The trapdoor may be utilized in the funnel like collection configuration. Straps and/or handles may be used to transition from the substantially flat work surface configuration to the funnel like collection configuration.
Shampoo support apparatus and method for use of same
A shampoo support apparatus and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the shampoo support apparatus, a body is configurable between a reclining configuration and a booster seat configuration. In the reclining configuration, the body provides a neck support and a back support. A support structure that may be placed above the body and may be adjustable is configured to accept and secure a smart device thereat and support the smart device at a smart device working distance from the neck support. In the booster seat configuration, the body folds into a rectangular shape to provide a seat.
PORTABLE SPACE HEATER AND SURFACE HEATING SYSTEM
A portable space heater includes a housing with an air inlet through which ambient air is received and an air vent through which heated air is expelled. A centrifugal fan of the heater is configured to drive air flow into the air inlet. A flow channel of the heater is configured to direct the air flow toward the air vent and a heating element heats the air flow in the flow channel. The heater additionally includes a sensor configured to sense proximity of a body part to the air vent and a controller configured to pause operation of the heating element based on the sensing, wherein the centrifugal fan, the flow channel, the heating element, the sensor and the controller are housed in the housing.
Foldable bassinet
A foldable bassinet includes a top rail assembly, a first hinge assembly, a second hinge assembly, a leg assembly and a latch assembly. The first hinge assembly is combined with the top rail assembly. The second hinge assembly is rotatably combined with the first hinge assembly. The leg assembly is connected to the second hinge assembly. The leg assembly is foldable relative to the top rail assembly by rotation of the second hinge assembly relative to the first hinge assembly. The latch assembly is movably disposed on one of the first hinge assembly and the second hinge assembly to engage with the other one of the first hinge assembly and the second hinge assembly for restraining the rotation of the second hinge assembly relative to the first hinge assembly when the leg assembly is unfolded relative to the top rail assembly to an upright position.
Substrate with integrated multi-layer pouch/pocket
A foldable diaper changing mat that includes a foldable base layer of plastic film having a surface engaging side and an upward facing side and a top edge and a bottom edge; and an infant buttocks receiving pad portion having a top end facing the top edge of the foldable base layer of plastic film and a bottom end facing the bottom edge of the foldable base layer of plastic film, wherein the infant buttocks receiving pad portion is engaged with the upward facing side and proximate the bottom edge of the foldable base layer of plastic film. The infant buttocks receiving pad portion has at least one intermediate plastic layer and a top absorbent containing layer. The infant buttocks receiving pad portion typically has a top edge facing pocket and a bottom edge facing pocket that are separated from one another.
Inflatable protective resting assembly
An inflatable protective resting assembly for enclosing a child while the child is outdoors includes an inflatable enclosure that is inflatable to define an enclosed resting area for a child. A plurality of screens is each removably attachable to the inflatable enclosure to protect the child from insects and reduce exposure to sunlight. A socket is provided and the socket is coupled to the inflatable enclosure. A plurality of accessory units is each removably attachable to the socket to enhance safety and security of the child when the child is positioned in the enclosed resting area defined by the inflatable enclosure.
BABY CARRIAGE
A baby carriage comprises a frame and a cushion. The cushion is disposed on the frame. The cushion comprises a plurality of reinforcing plates and a fabric cover. The reinforcing plates are disposed in the fabric cover. The reinforcing plates are arranged side by side and separated from each other. At least one of the reinforcing plates comprises a plate body and a first reinforcing rib. The plate body has a plurality of through holes formed thereon. The first reinforcing rib is located on a bottom surface of the plate body. The first reinforcing rib comprises a straight section and a curved section. The curved section extends from the straight section. A gap exists between an end of the curved section and one of the straight section and the curved section.
WOOD GLIDING BASSINET
A wood gliding bassinet to impart a gliding motion to soothe a child occupant includes a frame and an infant receiving receptacle. In example forms, the frame is wooden and includes four legs for supporting the frame on a support surface. The infant receiving receptacle is pivotally mounted to the frame such that the infant receiving receptacle is capable of gliding relative to the frame.
PORTABLE BABY MAT APPARATUS
A portable baby mat apparatus is disclosed where the apparatus has both cushioning features to lay an infant upon, as well as, safety features to keep the infant from rolling off of the mat. Embodiments include mats with collapsible sidewalls as well as embodiments that are assembled to be self supporting. Embodiments further include features to store and transport the mat apparatus.
Compact Diaper Band and Baby Changing Station
A compact diaper bag includes externally accessible dispensers of baby care supplies such as diaper/hand wipes, disposal bags and absorbent tissues. When the bag is opened, interior pockets for baby-care items such as diapers, lotion, powder, spare clothes, hand sanitizer, and the like can be accessed. The bag can be further expanded into a diaper changing configuration comprising a changing surface flanked by two dispensing bag portions attached on opposing sides of a foldable pad structure that functions as a more or less padded baby support and comprises said changing surface. All dispensers (e.g. wipes, bags, tissues) are accessible and within easy reach in both an expanded (changing station configuration) state and a collapsed (folded) state of the bag. Moreover, the diaper bag in its compact/folded state includes a separate pocket accessible from outside the closed bag (e.g. via a recloseable opening located on bottom area of bag) that can be used to enclose one or more items needed quickly for diaper changing, such as a ready diaper. Said item(s) in the pocket can then be present, laying atop the changing pad (so as to be immediately and conveniently available), when the bag is opened and expanded into a changing station configuration. The bag is adaptable to growth of a child including reconfiguration to remove the changing pad after the child no longer requires diapering.
