A multi-functional beverage-making machine includes a housing, the housing defining a first serving station, a second serving station, and a control pad mounted on a front surface of the housing. The first serving station includes a first dispensing inlet, a first brew basket, a first dispensing outlet, and a first receptacle platform. The second serving station includes a second dispensing inlet, a second brew basket, a second dispensing outlet, and a second receptacle platform, wherein the second receptacle platform is separate from and positioned at least partially directly rearwardly of the first receptacle platform. The beverage-making machine further comprises: a water reservoir; a pump fluidly connected with the water reservoir; a heating unit; a three-way fluid diverting unit fluidly connected with the pump, the first dispensing inlet, and the second dispensing inlet; and a controller operatively connected with the control pad, the pump, the heating unit, and the three-way fluid diverting unit.
