Cooking station and system with removable insert having multiple cooking modes
Embodiments of a cooking station for cooking a food product are provided. In one embodiment, the cooking station includes a main body and an insert. The main body includes a vertically extending wall extending between a closed bottom end and a closable upper end with a lid. The main body is configured to extend longitudinally in a vertical orientation. The main body defines a lower insert opening and an upper insert opening, the main body including a slideable door moveable to close-off either the lower and upper insert openings. The insert is sized and configured to be removably positioned through either one of the lower insert opening and the upper insert opening, the first insert having heating element container structure configured to deliver heat to the food product.
Hot flow barbecue device
The disclosure provides a hot flow barbecue device, where a burner is mounted in a combustion cavity to generate a hot air flow; an air inlet hole is provided on a combustion chamber, so that ambient cold air enters the combustion cavity from the air inlet hole; the combustion chamber is suspended vertically and has a height difference from the ground so as to generate a chimney effect to ensure power of the hot flow; the combustion cavity is separated from a heating port, so that the hot air flow mixes with the cold air flow during rise of the air flow; a heating space is arranged in a flat shape so as to increase contact area between the air flow and a uniform heating chamber.
Vertical Grilling Assembly
A vertical grilling assembly for uniform grilling of food with reduced flareups includes a housing, which defines an interior space. A retaining unit, which is engaged to a food item is insertable through an opening, which is positioned in a front of the housing, so that the food item is positioned in the interior space substantially equally distant from opposed sides of the housing. A first door is hingedly engaged to the housing and is positioned to selectively close the opening. A pair of heaters is engaged singly to the opposed sides of the housing and positioned in the interior space. The heaters selectively heat the interior space to grill the food item. A controller is engaged to the housing and is operationally engaged to the pair of heaters. The controller is positioned to control heat output from the pair of heaters.
System, device, and method for baking a food product
Devices, systems, and methods are provided for baking a food product in a portable baking oven. The baking oven includes a main body, lower and upper stones, a heat shield suspending the upper stone above the lower stone, and a heat element emanating heat upward to a rotating flat panel having the lower stone thereon. Convection heat from the heat element moves upward from below the rotating flat panel and past a periphery of the flat panel, channeled by the heat shield to the upper stone, to move along the upper stone, and then down along the heat shield, on the opposite side. With this arrangement, the heat element heats the upper and lower stones with convection heat moving between the lower and upper stones in a side-to-side manner.

Gas appliance ignition module
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for an ignition control module for a gas appliance. The housing of the ignition control module, and/or the mounting points for mounting the module to a gas appliance, can be configured to dispose the battery in a manner that provides for potential battery leakage to flow away from most operable components of the module. Further, the ignitor connection terminals can be configured to provide for ease of connection, by providing a connector guide disposed in a cylindrically shaped terminal housing. Additionally, an ignitor actuator terminal can be configured to selectable engage with an ignitor actuator connector, where the ignitor actuator terminal comprises at least two connector points that engage with a single ignitor actuator connector.
ARRANGEMENT OF COMPONENTS WITHIN A COOKING DEVICE
A cooking device may be a combination gas-powered grill and pellet-burning smoker. The combination gas-powered grill and pellet-burning smoker may include an enclosure and a plurality of components may be disposed in a plurality of levels within the enclosure. The plurality of components, when disposed in the plurality of levels, may be disposed in a vertically stacked configuration. The plurality of components may include a burn pot, a diffuser, a drip tray, one or more gutters, one or more gas-powered burners, one or more heat tents, and/or a grilling surface. One or more of these components may be disposed in a housing or a cooking chamber.
Multi-fuel cooker
Method and apparatus for a portable outdoor cooker designed for use with multiple sources of fuel, including charcoal briquettes, wood, and gas/propane. The cooker is designed with an upright standing enclosure being generally rectangular shaped mounted on ground contacting wheels. The cooker is designed to be totally enclosed being a walled structure having front upper and lower doors which can be opened independently. The cooker includes a plurality of shelves so that various types of food items can be cooked simultaneously on the cooker and includes an electrical rotisserie unit mounted near the top of the interior of the cooker. A plurality of handles are provided on the walled enclosure of the cooker.
Grill
A grill for cooking and grilling food includes a housing which defines an internal grilling space and a first side wall (6). A second side wall (7) is situated opposite the first side wall. The grill includes a cover wall (4), a rear wall (9), and a base plate (3). The internal grilling space has a vertical grilling zone. At least two radiant heaters (1, 2) are introduced inside the internal grilling space, situated opposite the first and second side wall (6, 7). The radiant heaters (1, 2) are preferably gas burners. A grilling basket (5) can be introduced vertically between the two radiant heaters (1, 2). The cover wall (4) has an opening (4′) through which the grilling basket (5) can be introduced into the internal grilling space. The front side (8) of the grill comprises a viewing opening.
