A flexible material extends between the top rim and the bottom rim around the periphery of the frame to create a barrier. The device includes a plurality of braces that selectively couple to the frame and operate to locate the top rim above the bottom rim. A mat is included and coupled to the bottom rim. The mat is configured to provide a platform within the bottom rim to support a child. A plurality of holes allow water to freely pass between the interior of the frame and the exterior of the frame. Removal of at least a portion of the braces from the frame permit for the collapsing of the device to allow for ease of storage and transportation.
