Technologies for computing
A mirror unit may output a content and may communicate with a user's mobile phone, tablet, personal activity tracker, wearable computer, and/or health monitor. For example, the mirror unit may include a housing, a reflective mirror, a processor, an electronic display, a speaker, and a network interface. For example, the mirror unit may be capable of monitoring, in real-time, a health factor (e.g., a heart rate) during various activities.

Profile system for a sanitary facility
A profile system for a sanitary system, such as a floor-level shower, includes at least one profile element and at least one flat and flexible sealing element. The sealing element has a mounting area which, in a non-installed state, is fixed to the profile element by a mounting element. The sealing element includes at least one region overlapping the profile element, the overlapping region being adapted to fix the profile element in its mounting position.

Foldable screen and shower room
A foldable screen and a shower room are provided. The foldable screen includes a transmission gear mechanism and a plurality of panel bodies arranged in sequence. End portions of two adjacent sides of two adjacent panel bodies enclose to form a mounting opening into which the transmission gear mechanism is installed for realizing folding and unfolding of the plurality of panel bodies. The transmission gear mechanism includes a housing having a receiving cavity therein, the housing being installed in the mounting opening; a first gear located in the receiving cavity and installed on one of the two adjacent panel bodies; and a second gear meshed with the first gear, the second gear being located in the receiving cavity and installed on the other of the two adjacent panel bodies.

BATHTUB DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A hinge having a pair of bathtub mounting blocks mounted to a bathtub surround adjacent a door jamb and a pair of door mounting blocks mounted to a bathtub door, with articulating linkage extending between the bathtub mounting blocks and the door mounting blocks. The articulating linkage has a pair of bathtub arms that pivotally couple at a first end to the bathtub mounting blocks through a first pivot rod and pivotally couple at a second end to a pair of door arms through a second pivot rod. Each door arm pivotally couples at an opposite end to one of the door mounting blocks through a third pivot rod. A spring mounted about the first pivot rod enables the bathtub arms and the bathtub door to rise. A method of door closure and opening for a walk-in bathtub is disclosed.
