20230228078 · 2023-07-20 ·

A linear drain group of fluids from an environment having a collection channel of fluids to be drained includes a cover body, superimposed on the collection channel, and a plurality of support feet coupled to the cover body and arranged resting on the collection channel to support the weight of the cover body. A discharge unit has a drain hole located on the bottom of the collection channel and shaped to allow drainage of the flow of fluids. The collection channel has a plurality of shaped reliefs emerging from the bottom so as to provide the support feet with a base in elevation with respect to the bottom. The shaped reliefs are arranged in succession on at least two parallel orders and a plurality of areas of the bottom are interposed between each order to limit the overall dimensions of the reliefs.

TILEABLE MODULAR FLOOR SYSTEM AND DRAIN
20230210315 · 2023-07-06 ·

Modular floor drain systems that include symmetric substrate segments each having outwardly extending flanges for overlapping an adjacent edge of the other substrate segment. The system also includes a drain segment connected to the two or more symmetric substrate segments via at least one of the outwardly extending flanges. The symmetric substrate segments have identical configurations enabling interchangeable use thereof and complementary mating for ease of installation of the modular floor drain system. The substrate segments may have hinges for bending the symmetric substrate segment to allow for folding thereof.

A floor drain system for installation in a tile floor over a subfloor includes at least one drain module. The drain module has a drain body defining an inlet and installable in the subfloor. The drain body is configured for attachment to a drain pipe below the subfloor. A drain trim assembly defines a linear drain channel sloping along a length of the drain trim assembly that is intercepted by an outlet positionable over the drain body. The drain trim assembly is configured for installation with the tile floor entirely above the subfloor and without physically interfacing with an opening of the drain body.

Profile system for a sanitary facility

A profile system for a sanitary system, such as a floor-level shower, includes at least one profile element and at least one flat and flexible sealing element. The sealing element has a mounting area which, in a non-installed state, is fixed to the profile element by a mounting element. The sealing element includes at least one region overlapping the profile element, the overlapping region being adapted to fix the profile element in its mounting position.

A FLOOR PANEL AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
20230131686 · 2023-04-27 ·

The present invention relates to a floor panel, a flooring system including the panel and methods of use thereof for forming a graded wet area, floor, pathway or decking. In one form, the present invention provides a floor panel for forming a graded wet area. The panel includes a pair of opposed surfaces including an upper surface and an opposed lower surface interconnected by opposed side edges, a first end edge and an opposed second end edge. The panel further includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from one of the opposed surfaces and extending at least partially across the panel between the opposed side edges, said protrusions protruding at differing heights from the one of the opposed surfaces to define a panel gradient extending between the first end edge and the second end edge.

Systems for recessing subfloor structures

A flooring installation includes at least two floor supports separated from one another by a span distance, the floor supports each having lateral, vertical side walls between which an opening is defined. A bay is defined between the floor supports. A primary subfloor is supported atop and attached to one of the at least two floor supports, the primary subfloor including an overhanging portion overhanging a portion of the bay. A spanning brace is disposed between the at least two floor supports in the bay, the spanning brace engaging on opposing ends the lateral, vertical side walls of the floor supports, one end of the spanning brace extending beneath and spaced from the overhanging portion of the primary subfloor. A recessed subfloor panel is supported atop the spanning brace, the recessed subfloor panel being supported at a lower elevation than the overhanging portion of the adjacent, primary subfloor.

A concrete finishing assembly includes a plurality of rails that each has a guide surface. A plurality of couplers each releasably engages a respective pair of the rails for attaching the respective pair of rails together. In this way the plurality of rails defines a border to surround a shower floor. A cylinder is provided and the cylinder can be inserted into a drain in the shower floor. A trowel unit is provided that has an adjustable length and the trowel unit is attachable to the cylinder. The trowel unit is slidable along the guide surface of the plurality of rails that defines the border. In this way the trowel unit can smooth concrete on the shower floor at a predetermined slope for draining water into the drain.

APPARATUS FOR SECURING A COLLAPSIBLE WATER DAM
20170311764 · 2017-11-02 ·

An apparatus for securing a collapsible water dam is an end-cap with a semi-cylindrical housing. The end-cap further includes a side flange coupled to each side of the housing at the bottom periphery of the outside wall of housing. The end-cap further includes a barrier wall inside the housing that creates a secure chamber for housing a collapsible water dam. The end-cap further includes a wall flange at the distal end of the housing. The wall flange couples to and joins both side flanges in a configuration that provides a tight fit with the end wall of a shower.

One-piece shower base

A one-piece shower base includes a pitched bottom surface, a plurality of vertical flanges extending upward from a plurality of outer edges of the one-piece shower base, a drain integrated within the one-piece shower base, and a pitched foam support base having an upper surface and a lower surface.
