Furthermore, the inclusion of an elastomeric composite can provide a smooth contoured fit to a wearer, thereby improving appearance and self-confidence for the wearer.

To obtain a wide stretching range in a waist stretching sheet, a tape-type disposable diaper has a main body including a waist stretching sheet and a fastening tape on a dorsal side portion B. The main body has a folded-back portion in which a side including a portion having a non-stretchable region of the waist stretching sheet is folded back to a center side and fixed.

A low-bulk disposable absorbent pant for a child is disclosed. The pant may have a belt structure formed of a stretch laminate of a pre-strained elastic film between two nonwoven layers. The belt may have a relaxed lateral size and a stretched lateral size that is at least 150% of the relaxed lateral size, the relaxed lateral size being no more than 400 mm. The pant may include one or more of waistband, leg band and supplemental elastic members.
