Gurney transfer assist device
A gurney transfer assist device for a helicopter has a fixed height frame supporting a slidably movable bed deck frame. The fixed height frame is releasably secured to a known wheeled gurney. The fixed height dimension raises a carried stretcher to a vertical height to allow transfer to and/or from a medical helicopter loading surface. The slidably movable bed deck frame is extendable outwardly from one end of the fixed height frame and the extending end is angulated to facilitate transfer of the stretcher and supported patient to/from the helicopter loading surface.
PATIENT TRANSPORTING DEVICE USING A DOCKING MEMBER FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a patient transporting device having a docking member at one end of the patient transporting device that allows to attach to and detach from a receiving portion of the patient loading systems in an emergency vehicle. The device includes a moveable base member that a patient lies down on, a pathway member for the base member to slidably move along tracks of the pathway member, and a docking member at one end of the pathway member that fits and mates with the receiving portion of the vehicle. In operation, the docking member docks with the receiving portion and establishes an extended bridge formed of the pathway member and the docking member of the device and the receiving portion of the vehicle. The extended bridge has a substantially coplanar surface so that the patient lying down on the base member may be easily loaded to the vehicle.
MEDICAL VEHICLES, CT DEVICES, AND DRIVING METHOD
A vehicle includes a computed tomographic system (CT) including a CT gantry having an inner peripheral, and a subject window in a surface of the vehicle. The subject window is configured to be exposed to an exterior of the vehicle via a side face of the vehicle, such that the subject window is configured to enable a subject to enter or exit from the inner peripheral of the CT gantry in a body axis direction of the CT.

Stretcher Loading Assembly
A stretcher loading assembly including a support member operatively attachable to an aircraft floor, an elongate rail member attached to the support member, an elongate traverse beam movably attached to the rail member, and a trolley assembly movably attached to the traverse beam, the trolley assembly including lifting means movable between a lowered position and a raised position, the lifting means adapted to support a stretcher in the raised position, wherein the support member is at least twice as wide as the rail member.
