The present technology generally relates to compositions comprising cannabidiol (CBD) or a derivative thereof and at least one active cosmetic ingredient, for use in cosmetics and personal care products such as anti-aging or moisturizing creams for skin care and massage oils for muscle therapy.

A method for processing a high pigment loaded cosmetic composition may provide a pre-dispersion phase, a grind phase, and a full extender phase. The method of processing the cosmetic composition may fully saturate and disperse solid particulates of at least 35% by weight of the cosmetic composition. The method for processing the cosmetic composition may provide a high color payoff in a single swipe or application. Further, the method for processing the cosmetic composition may reduce feathering and bleeding even with a high pigment load.

A skincare product having packaged in a container a stable and effective ascorbic acid (vitamin C) serum formulation formulated from a skincare composition and a composition therefor. The composition comprises several types of hydrophilic ascorbyl (vitamin C) molecules in their respective suitably selected concentration ranges, several types of hydrophobic ascorbyl (vitamin C) molecules with their respective suitably selected concentration ranges, glutathione to co-stabilize the water phase vitamin C, bisabolol to prevent skin irritation from high vitamin C concentration, and a lipid cap that contains several types of vitamin E and squalane (non-oxidizable) to insulate hydrophilic/water phase from air.

A method of applying a skin peel formulation or product that includes providing a skin peel formulation or product containing at least 10% of the total weight of the skin peel formulation or product being vitamin A. Also provided is vitamin C present in at least 20% of the total weight of the skin peel formulation or product, wherein the vitamin C is in oil soluble form. The skin peel formulation is applied to a region of the body without any acid pre-treatments. Disclosed are tissue products comprising a single ply tissue web that has been prepared by a creping process and more preferably by a print creping process adapted to dispose a non-crosslinked latex polymer on at least one of the outer surfaces of the tissue web. The creped single ply tissue products generally have a low degree of stiffness, such as a Stiffness Index less than about 8.00, and are highly durable, such as a Durability Index greater than about 12.0. In other instances, the tissue products may have very low levels of lint or dust, such as a Slough less than about 4.00 mg, even at basis weights from about 45 to about 55 grams per square meter (gsm) and tensile strengths from 600 to 1,200 g/3″.

Applicants have identified a critical skin benefit package that can be used in liquid alcohol sanitizing compositions that provides lower amounts of skin conditioners in combination with a specific ratio of different emollients that provide improved skin health with chronic repeated use. The package also provides improved skin feel with without a tacky residue upon drying.
