The present invention relates to a deodorising composition containing: (a) 1,8-para-menthenethiol, (b) 3-mercaptohexyl acetate and (c) undecylenic acid or a derivative thereof. It also relates to the use of said composition for eliminating bad odours, and to a deodorant product in the form of an aerosol, a candle or a perfume diffuser that has a wick or a stick or is electric, or an article consisting of a solid polymeric material, in particular a silicone elastomer, containing the aforementioned composition.
RIM BLOCK WITH IMPROVED SCENT PERFORMANCE
Suggested is a rim block with improved scent performance, comprising or consisting of: (a) a solid rim block base, (b) at least one non-encapsulated perfume oil, and (c) at least one perfume oil same or different from component (b) encapsulated in a maltodextrin matrix.
Methods of Inactivating Pathogens
This disclosure relates to a method for sanitizing a space. The method includes applying a composition containing triethylene glycol into a space containing a pathogen (e.g., a Staphylococcus, a Pseudomonas, a Listeria, Salmonella, Klebsiella, a Mycobacterium, a mold, or a spore) in an amount effective to inactivate the pathogen.
Antiperspirant and Deodorant Compositions Comprising Malodor Reduction Compositions
The present invention relates to personal care compositions comprising malodor reduction compositions and methods of making and using such personal care compositions. Such personal care compositions comprising the malodor control technologies disclosed herein provide malodor control without leaving an undesireable scent and when perfume is used to scent such compositions, such scent is not unduely altered by the malodor control technology.
Methods, Systems, and Apparatuses for Reducing Ozone Concentration and Reducing VOC Concentration in Aircraft Cabin Environment Recirculated Airflow
Ozone converters containing differing ozone converting materials are provided into air aircraft airflow management systems, with the ozone converter positioned in an air management architecture at positions configured to assist replacement, and maintenance, and with the ozone converters further positioned downstream of air conditioning packs, and with the ozone converters configured to reduce at least one of ozone concentrations and volatile organic compound concentrations from airflows directed to passenger cabin air volumes and flight deck air volumes.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AIR PURIFICATION FILTER AND PURIFICATION DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A multi-functional air purification filter includes: a breathable support layer; a mesh layer provided on the breathable support layer; and a filter layer provided on the mesh layer, wherein at least a portion of the multi-functional air purification filter has a plurality of bends, and the mesh layer includes a coating layer of at least one of a photocatalytic material, an adsorption material, or a sterilizing material.
AIRBORN PATHOGEN DISENFECTING SYSTEM WITH INTERCHANGEABLE FILTERS FOR AN HVAC SYSTEM
The present invention provides for a system for disinfecting air circulated in an HVAC system. The system includes at least one spray ring forming a continuous loop surrounding an outer surface of HVAC ductwork. The system further includes a plurality of spray nozzles connecting to each of the spray rings in the at least one spray ring, wherein each nozzle extends through an aperture in the HVAC ductwork, wherein a space between each nozzle and each aperture is sealed by a rubber gasket.
Air Decontamination And Self-Renewing Purification System Utilizing a Filter
An air purification system includes a conduit extending between an inlet and an outlet, each in fluid communication with an enclosed environment. Ambient air from the enclosed environment enters the conduit via the inlet and treated air exits the conduit and enters the enclosed environment via the outlet. The system further includes a fibrous filter disposed within the conduit and configured to treat the ambient air thereby generating the treated air, and a renewal unit disposed within the conduit and configured to renew the fibrous filter.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND DEVICES FOR FACILITATING SANITIZING INTERIOR SPACES OF AN AIRCRAFT USING A PRECONDITIONED AIR (PCA) SYSTEM
A method of facilitating sanitizing interior spaces of an aircraft using a pre-conditioned air (PCA) system. The method comprises cutting an opening in a duct wall of a pre-conditioned air (PCA) supply duct of the PCA system. Further, the method comprises installing a device in the PCA supply duct around the opening, coupling an inlet opening of the device with a device outlet port of a sanitizing device after the installing, wherein a sanitizing agent generator of the sanitizing device generates a sanitizing agent for transferring the sanitizing agent to the inlet opening through the device outlet port. Further, the method comprises injecting the sanitizing agent into the PCA supply duct from an outlet opening of the device based on the transferring. Further, the sanitizing agent mixes with the PCA based on the injecting. Further, the sanitizing agent is supplied to the interior space along with the PCA.
Apparatus and system for air cleaning
An air filtering and treatment apparatus (10), the apparatus (10) including: a housing (12) having an air inlet (14), an air outlet (16), an air passageway (24) between the inlet (14) and outlet (16), and a fan (18) arranged to urge air through the air passageway (24) between the air inlet (14) and the air outlet (16), wherein the housing (12) includes filter (20) arranged to filter air passing through the air passageway (24), and a receptacle (26) located toward the air outlet (16) relative to filter (20). The receptacle (26) is adapted to hold treatment composition (22) such that an evaporable vapour associated with the treatment composition (22) is able to accumulate in a headspace (41) of the receptacle (26), the headspace (41) including at least one aperture (36). The air passageway (24) may be shaped such that air flows substantially perpendicularly past the at least one aperture (36) of the receptacle (26) such that a pre-determined amount of the evaporable vapour is entrained into the filtered air released from the air outlet (16).
