DUMBBELL FACILITATING WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
A dumbbell facilitating weight adjustment is disclosed. The dumbbell includes a dumbbell rod assembly, multiple counterweight disks, and a base for placing the dumbbell rod assembly and the multiple counterweight disks. The dumbbell rod assembly includes a mandrel, fixed disks and gear rotating disks fixed on the left and right sides of the mandrel, positioning rings and multiple coupling flanges. Rotation interference devices for preventing a rotation of the mandrel are provided in the fixed disks. Unlocking devices for unlocking the rotation interference devices are provided on the base. The rotation interference devices include push rods arranged on front sides and rear sides of the positioning rings, pressing rods arranged on upper parts of the push rods and return springs arranged on upper parts of the pressing rods. The unlocking devices include push pillars arranged on the base and cooperating with the push rods.

Travel exercise equipment assemblies
Example travel exercise equipment includes a barbell including a first end portion and a second end portion and a pair of yokes. Each yoke includes a base and a pair spaced-apart yoke arms extending from the base. The bases being adapted to be coupled to a corresponding end portion of the barbell. The travel exercise equipment includes a pair of containers having handles adapted to be carried by a corresponding yoke.

Adjustable barbell system
An adjustable barbell system may include a base, two or more weights, a handle assembly, an additional weight, and selection assembly. The two or more weights may be supported by the base and grouped into a first set of weights associated with one end of the barbell system and a second set of weights associated with an opposing end of the barbell system. The handle assembly may be selectively fixedly joined to the first and second set of weights. The additional weight may be disposed distally of the handle assembly. The selection assembly may be secured to the additional weight. The selection assembly may include a selection member that may be linearly moveable between a selected position where the additional weight is operatively secured to the handle assembly and an unselected position where the additional weight is disengaged from the handle assembly.

Free-weight lifting and support system used by a weightlifter
A free-weight lifting and support system used by a weightlifter. The system includes a left side support and a left free-weight holder. It also includes a right side support and a right free-weight holder. It further includes a lifting bar, the lifting bar located between the left and right side supports and separating the left and right side supports from each other, and the lifting bar is vertically adjustable relative to the left and right side supports at the same time. The left side support is connected with the right side support via at least the lifting bar such that the lifting bar, the left side support and the right side support are together simultaneously liftable from a ground position to a lifted position by the weightlifter and safely back to the ground position by the weightlifter.
