FASCIA ACTIVATION AND TRAINING DEVICE AND METHODS OF USE
20230038662 · 2023-02-09 ·

Fascia activation and training devices having an adjustable length, collapsible, elongate device body having opposing ends to which open ended interchangeable cuffs are removably mounted. The end cuffs of the training devices provide for inward and/or outward compression forces to be applied by a user's body members engaging such end cuffs, thereby enhancing fascial activation and training, and providing users with proprioceptive feedback, making motor learning in biomechanical retraining through fascia remodeling possible. Methods of use of such training devices provide for the use of multiple types of training devices in combination, resulting in the enhanced training of biomechanical chains of muscles.

This technology relates generally methods of making and using systems designed to enhance athletic skill development and, more particularly, to methods of maintaining proper foot alignment for certain activities that require agility and consistency. There exists a need for a training device that not only allows a user to dynamically transition back-and-forth between a wider and narrower stance, but also protects the lower extremities of the user when in a narrower stance. In particular, during the process of bringing their legs together, the user's foot and ankle could be injured if the training device is not designed in such a way to ergonomically accommodate the ankle and/or have appropriate cushioning features to insulate the foot and/or ankle from full impact against blunt or sharp surfaces.

LEG STRETCHING APPARATUS

A leg stretching apparatus can be safely used without a risk of damage, with a simple coupling and can be conveniently installed at a site at which leg stretching is desired to enable efficient leg stretching. The leg stretching apparatus includes a fixing plate in which a first fixing plate, which includes a plurality of coupling grooves, and a second fixing plate, which includes a plurality of coupling protrusions corresponding to the coupling grooves, are detachably configured. A fixing part has one end coupled to the first fixing plate and another end equipped with an adjusting part. An elastic string has one end fixed to the fixing part and another end extending in a longitudinal direction of the fixing part, and opposingly branched with two free end portions behind the first fixing plate. A moving part is installed at the second fixing plate to guide the branching of the elastic string.

FITNESS RESISTANCE BAND

The present application provides a fitness resistance band. The fitness resistance band includes a handle assembly and a resistance band body, where the handle assembly includes a handle body and sleeve rings, first connecting parts are further disposed on the sleeve rings, and the resistance band body is connected to the first connecting parts. The handle assembly is provided with the handle body and the sleeve rings, the sleeve rings can rotate relative to the handle body. In use, the resistance band body can rotate together with the sleeve rings, so that relative rotation occurs between the sleeve rings and the handle body, friction between the resistance band body and the handle body is avoided, and the resistance band body is protected from wear.

Bed Exercise Systems and Methods

In an example, a bed exercise system is described. The bed exercise system includes a foot pad, a first elastic connector having a first end coupled to a first lateral side of the foot pad and a second end, and a second elastic connector having a first end coupled to a second lateral side of the foot pad and a second end. The bed exercise system also includes an anchor coupled to the second end of the first elastic connector and the second end of the second elastic connector. The anchor is configured to fasten, at a fixed position relative to a bed, the second end of the first elastic connector and the second end of the second elastic connector while (i) the foot pad is moved between a first position and a second position relative to a bed, and (ii) a tension on the first elastic connector and a tension on the second elastic connector increases as the foot pad moves from the first position to the second position.

An adjustable or non-adjustable exercise/Pilates/Yoga bar apparatus comprising a portable fitness device where a first horizontal elongated bar is attached to a second horizontal elongated bar or can have a variation of single bar, having multiple plastic tubes on each side of a single weight where each elastic tube has different resistance weight and when in use the assembly sits on top of the user's shoulders, and has the variation of an adjustable strap or a non-adjustable strap with a hook on each end of the bar, to which the elastic tubes attach to. At the other bottom end of each elastic tube, there is a ring to where the hook on the wide foot strap attaches to provide stability.

Resistance training system

A physical training system includes a belt having a belt attachment member and a first band attachment loop for an elastomeric belt. The belt attachment member is moveably positioned on the belt and at least partially encircles the belt. The belt attachment member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending completely across a width of the belt on the outer side of the belt, and the second portion extending at least partially across the width of the belt on the inner side of the belt. The first band attachment loop is moveably connected to the belt attachment member. The elastomeric band extends through the first band attachment loop. A foot coupling includes at least one flexible strap and a second band attachment loop. The elastomeric band extends between the foot coupling and the belt attachment member.

Portable therapeutic strengthening apparatus using adjustable resistance

A lightweight, portable leg strengthening apparatus includes a footplate and calf support which form a leg rest, a top a friction free sliding element running longitudinally along and supported on a rectangular base. The leg rest is hinged at its attachment to the sliding element to allow a longitudinal tilting movement. The leg rest has adjustability at the hinge point at the ankle to enable alterations in the foot position. The apparatus uses resistance material/rubber cords or springs attached via a plate to a steel cable, travelling via an aperture in the end of the device to the back of the sliding element a top the body of the device to create tension as the leg rest a top the sliding element is moved longitudinally along the body of the device. Resistance can be varied and progressed by using different numbers of resistance cords/springs.
