ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fitness device for training the whole body. The device has coaxially arranged one above the other tubular elements of the same diameter, and an inner body disposed in cavities defined by the tubular elements. At the base of the inner body is a drive motor, providing rotational movement of the lower tubular element and the part of the inner body disposed in its cavity, which transmits the rotational movement and of the part of the inner body disposed in the cavity, by a spindle, at least two obstacles with identical construction respectively lower and upper, each magnetically connected to a sliding means, respectively detachably connected to sliders and of the inner body and a cover.

A trampoline length is greater than a trampoline width. A hopscotch field is formed on the bed. The hopscotch field includes successive areas. The successive areas are at least partially linearly oriented. Contact sensors mounted on each area and the contact sensors are electrically connected by an electrical connection and electrically connected to a control panel harness. A middle crossbar can extend underneath the bed and connecting a right vertical post to a left vertical post.

The hybrid fitness ladder may further include at least one rung unit connector configured to removably attach one rung unit to another rung unit in positions where the elevated rails are positioned as ladder rungs, in positions where the ground rails are positioned as ladder rungs, or a combination of the two. The elevated rails and ground rails may be made of a semi-flexible material that is deformable and biased toward a first configuration.

The proximal end of the handle is rotatably connected to the first end of the swing arm, allowing the swing arm to rotate around the proximal end of the handle in a “clock-hand” fashion. A connecting shaft and swing arm stopper prevent the swing arm and handle from becoming separated during use. The exercising device may further have a weight member positioned in a weight member recess located close to the second end of the swing arm. The weight member increases the difficulty of using the exercise device and is removably attached to the swing arm. A safety sleeve can fit over the weight member recess to prevent the weight member from dislodging during use.
