A punching-training device is provided, including: a seat portion; a support portion, connected with the seat portion; a punched portion, connected with the support portion; and an elastic assembly, disposed on the support portion, the elastic assembly including a first elastic member and a second elastic member, at least one of the first elastic member and the second elastic member being movably relative to the support portion between a first position and a second position to change a relative position of the first elastic member and the second elastic member.

A lightweight training aid is disclosed including selectively positioned posable appendages for use in various training exercises. The training aid may be formed of one or more separable and distinct portions including a head module, a torso module and a leg module, and combinations thereof. The head module and/or leg module may be releasably coupled to the torso module by interchangeable mounting arrangements. Appendages of the training aid may be posable, at least within a set range of motion, within any of a potentially infinite number of orientations. Methods of using such a training aid also are disclosed.

Proposed is a whole body-shaped striking dummy including joints. In the whole body-shaped striking dummy, a human-sized manikin is realized using elastic joints including an elastic neck joint, an elastic waist joint, and elastic thigh joints. The manikin is configured to be supported on a floor using a rear support pivotably provided on the rear end of the manikin. The elastic joints of the manikin have reliable ranges of elastic movement in front-rear and right-left directions. Accordingly, the whole body-shaped striking dummy is used in martial arts training, such as Taekwondo, in the same manner as a real human body, thereby improving the efficiency of striking training.

A striking training device is provided, including: a support body, having a seat end and an assembling end which are located along a first direction, the assembling end including an assembling mechanism; a hit mechanism, including a first hit member and at least one second hit member, the first hit member including a first mounting structure, each said second hit member including a second mounting structure, the first mounting structure being detachably assembled with the assembling mechanism positionably, each said second hit member being pivoted to the assembling structure via the second mounting structure so that the second hit member being rotatable laterally relative to the first direction. A free-standing bag base suitable for supporting a training bag weighing up to about 275 lbs. The base of the bag is configured to enable the user to approach the bag's punching surface without impediment. Additionally, to improve access to the bag, the post is angled away from perpendicular.

A fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.

An interactive boxing trainer having a boxing object and a trainer is provided. An accelerometer is installed in the boxing head of the boxing object so that the acceleration of the boxing head can be sensed, and the force applied onto the boxing head, including its strength and direction, can be calculated accordingly. With this architecture, the cost of installation and maintenance is also reduced.

A combat training device is disclosed that may include an elongated support having a shoulder rest at a rearward end and a punching target at a forward end. The punching target may be attached to a neck support adapted for removable engagement with the forward end of the elongated support. The device may further include a punching assembly having a reciprocating support with a handle at its rearward end and a punching member at its forward end. The reciprocating support may be disposed for longitudinal movement in generally parallel relationship to the elongated support. The reciprocating support may be rotatably disposed within a longitudinal bore that is disposed in generally parallel relationship to the elongated support and reciprocating support. The shoulder rest may be releasably engageable with the rearward end of the elongated support and moveable between adjustable locked positions, such as through the use of a detent mechanism. A punching target holder may be provided for attachment to a punching bag for use in removably attaching a neck support and attached punching target to the punching bag.
