The base funnel may contain a plurality of holes disposed across the base funnel. Each of the holes of the base funnel may pass through a wall of the base funnel. The underwater training apparatus may also include a handle. The handle may mechanically couple the barrel and the base funnel.

In a first aspect, a method for monitoring a golf swing is provided that includes coupling a mobile telephone to a golf club and employing the mobile telephone coupled to the golf club to monitor acceleration of the mobile telephone as the mobile telephone swings while a user swings the golf club, collect acceleration information based on the monitored acceleration of the mobile telephone as the mobile telephone swings, analyze the collected acceleration information to determine one or more characteristics of the golf swing based on the collected acceleration information, and output information regarding the one or more characteristics of the golf swing on the display of the mobile telephone. A method and system for an instant multifunctional tent having a tent for accepting golf balls that are launched into the tent, a collapsible frame structure for providing structural support for the instant tent, one or more receiving net(s) coupled to the tent ceiling, and extending loosely towards the floor, and a quick set-up and take-down (instant) hub for quickly launching the tent from the folded position into a fully built or expanded position and for quickly collapsing the fully built or expanded instant tent into the fully folded position so that the instant tent may be easily stored and transported. The receiving nets increase golf practicing safety by ensuring the golf ball never penetrating the back panel and causing damages. Additional receiving nets not only further ensure that but also add advanced features like tracking and simulating the trajectory of the golf ball if shot on a real golf court.

Systems and methods for a golf training aid which is designed to orient the player initially to have a correct backswing of the club and then follow through with a fairly natural downswing to produce the desired ball flight characteristics. In an embodiment, there is provided a device that encourages a user to practice a golf swing having a sufficiently steep angle for the plane of the swing.

A method for estimating information on a golf swing is provided. The method includes the steps of: when a photographed image of a user's golf swing is acquired, detecting at least one joint of the user from the photographed image using an artificial neural network model; and estimating information on the user's golf swing with reference to a position of the at least one detected joint.

The present embodiments provide systems and methods for aggregating measurements captured by different technologies during a golf swing. By capturing measurements using different technologies, more accurate measurements may be provided to a user by selecting from the measurements, offsetting measurements based on the technologies used, and aligning measurements between devices. A golfer may adjust the weight of the head of the club by adding or removing weighted discs in the housing. The golf swing training apparatus may comprise an accelerometer within the housing so as to measure the speed, acceleration, and swing path that the club takes for feedback and analysis to improve the golfer's swing.

A golf alignment training tool for indicating a target line. The golf alignment training tool is positional on and securable to the ground to indicate a proper golf stance alignment and a proper target line for hitting a golf ball. At least one retractable cord is attached to a recoil assembly encapsulated within a housing that is securable to the ground with a golf tee. The retractable cord extends out of the housing and a distal end of the cord is attached to a ring that is similarly securable to the ground with a golf tee to create a target line. When no longer needed, the cord is retracted back into the housing with the housing and ring abutting for compact storage.
