A clip is coupled to the top surface of proximal end of the base, wherein the clip can secure one or more lottery tickets held on the base. A receptacle is at the top surface of distal end of the base, the receptacle has an open top, the open top of the receptacle faces towards the clip, wherein the receptacle can receive and hold the shavings scratched from the lottery ticket.
