AERATION PLATE AND FRUIT AND VEGETABLE CLEANING MACHINE
An aeration plate is provided, including an aeration top plate portion and a side baffle portion. The aeration top plate portion is scattered with a plurality of aeration holes, such that the aeration top plate portion and the side baffle portion cooperate to form an aeration member. A fruit and vegetable cleaning machine is provided, including a machine body. The machine body is provided with a cleaning tank with a top opening, and the cleaning tank is provided with the aeration plate at an inner bottom wall, such that an area enclosed by the aeration top plate portion, the side baffle portion, and the inner bottom wall forms a first dissolving zone for gas and water, and a second dissolving zone for bubbles and water is formed between a periphery of the aeration plate and the cleaning tank.
STRIP AERATOR AND AERATOR ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a strip aerator (1) for airing or gassing liquids, comprising an elastically deformable upper film section (3) having openings (6) for forming a flat membrane, and a through-opening (19) for the passing of a gas out of an inlet channel (21) into a gas-guiding chamber (5, 5a) that is bordered at the top by an upper film section (3) and at the bottom by an elastically deformable lower film section (4), the chamber being free from supporting bodies and/or supporting structures, the lower film section (4) being gas-tightly connected to the upper film section (3) such that an elastically deformable body is formed that is gas-tightly enclosed at the top and bottom by the film sections (3, 4), where lateral receiving regions (15) run at least at opposing sides (SL, SS) of the strip aerator (1) for connecting the strip aerator (1) to a retaining element (2), at least one of said film sections (3, 4) being connected to first securing means (8, 9) running, in certain regions or continuously, at least on those receiving regions (15).
The invention provides for the first securing means (8, 9) to be designed as a rod- or strip-shaped piping (Keder) (10) and having a round, oval, rectangular or square cross-section, or designed as mounting rails (11a, 12a) in the shape of a C profile or a piping profile (13).
COMPACT DEVICE FOR PRODUCING FOAM FOR WELLNESS AND/OR HYGIENE APPLICATIONS
The device includes a vessel to be filled with a mixture of water and a component producing foam, where the vessel comprises a device for blowing air into the mixture to produce foam. It is provided according to the disclosure that the device comprises at least two vessels to be filled with the mixture arranged one above the other in a vertical direction in tiers, where the vessels comprise the device for blowing air into the mixture to produce foam, where the vessels are open towards an outlet region such that the foam produced in the vessels is merged in the outlet region.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR GENERATING BUBBLES, USE OF THE DEVICE AND A FUEL CELL COMPRISING THE DEVICE
A device for generating bubbles, comprising a porous material having at least one hydrophilic surface (1), arranged such that a liquid (7) in which the bubbles (6) are intended to be formed may contact the hydrophilic surface (1) and at least one hydrophobic surface (2), arranged such that a gas (5) used to generate the bubbles (6) may flow past the hydrophobic surface (2) before it flows past the hydrophilic surface (1). The device may be used for creating fine bubbles in numerous applications, such as wastewater treatment, plant cultivation, aquafarming, aeration systems, bioreactors, fermeters, oil extraction or fuel cells.
Diffuser for aeration of a fluid
An elongate diffuser (10) comprises a diffuser body (30), and a membrane (20) attached so that introduction of gas at a working pressure into the diffuser displaces part of the membrane (20) from contact with the diffuser body (10) providing an elongate sealed compartment (50) between the membrane (20) and a surface (32) of the diffuser body (30). The gas can pass from the compartment (50) through the membrane (20) for aeration of fluid in which the diffuser (10) is immersed. The diffuser body surface (32) which bounds the compartment (50) is recessed away from the membrane (20) in use, to contribute to the lateral cross sectional area of the compartment (50) and facilitate distribution of gas along the diffuser by the compartment (50). An automatic purge valve for purging water from a gas feed pipe of a diffuser is also disclosed.
Process for water treatment using membrane biofilm reactor
An apparatus has a plurality of gas transfer membranes. The apparatus floats in water with the membranes submerged in the water. To treat the water, a gas is supplied to the membranes and is transferred to a biofilm supported on the membranes or to the water. Gas is also used to supply mixing or membrane scouring bubbles to the water. The mixing or scouring bubbles can be provided by a cyclic aeration or other gas supply system, which optionally provides gas at a variable pressure to the membranes in parallel or series with an aerator. Condensates can be removed from the membranes, and exhaust gasses from the membranes can be monitored, optionally through one or more dedicated pipes.
