Micro-bubble generator
A micro-bubble generator is provided between an input end and an output end of a water outlet device. The micro-bubble generator includes a water inlet member and a water outlet member. A gas inlet gap is remained between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, with the gas inlet gap being communicated to external air, such that the external air is allowed to enter the micro-bubble generator for gas-liquid mixing and generate minute and dense bubbles.
Wine aeration device
One embodiment provides a wine aerating device, including: a container comprising a bottom that is provided with an outlet aperture having a predetermined size, wherein said container is at least partially filled with a multitude of elements for breaking up and diverting a flow of wine streaming from the top to the bottom of said container, each of said elements having a size at least equal to said predetermined size of said outlet aperture, said size thereby preventing said multitude of elements from passing through said outlet aperture while allowing the passage of wine through said outlet aperture and increasing the wine's turbulent motion and oxigenation while coming out of said container. Other aspects are described and claimed.
CHEMICAL LIQUID PREPARATION METHOD OF PREPARING A CHEMICAL LIQUID FOR SUBSTRATE PROCESSING, CHEMICAL LIQUID PREPARATION UNIT PREPARING A CHEMICAL LIQUID FOR SUBSTRATE PROCESSING, AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING SYSTEM
A substrate processing system includes a chemical liquid preparation unit preparing a chemical liquid to be supplied to a substrate and a processing unit which supplies the chemical liquid, prepared by the chemical liquid preparation unit, to the substrate. The chemical liquid preparation unit supplies an oxygen-containing gas, containing oxygen gas, to a TMAH-containing chemical liquid, containing TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide), to make the oxygen-containing gas dissolve in the TMAH-containing chemical liquid.
High-density fine bubble-containing liquid producing method and high-density fine bubble-containing liquid producing apparatus
Initial liquid containing fine bubbles is produced by mixing water and air (step S11). Fine bubbles have diameters of less than 1 μm. The density of bubbles in the initial liquid is measured (step S13), and when the measured density is less than a target density (step S14), the initial liquid is heated and reduced in pressure so that the liquid is vaporized (step S15). As a volume of the liquid decreases, the density of fine bubbles increases, and high-density fine bubble-containing liquid is easily obtained. Alternatively, by increasing the density of fine bubbles in the initial liquid with using a filter that does not pass all fine bubbles, high-density fine bubble-containing liquid is easily acquired (step S15). When the density of bubbles in the initial liquid is greater than the target density, the initial liquid is diluted (step S16).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LOADING A LIQUID WITH A GAS
A device for loading an in particular higher-viscosity liquid, such as a silicon resin, for example, with air or another gas. The device has a pressure vessel receiving the liquid and the gas, in which pressure vessel an agitator, having a drive shaft set through the pressure vessel at least in part, is arranged. In order to enable the particularly fast and homogeneous intermixing of the liquid and gas, the drive shaft is arranged in a conveying pipe and drives a conveying organ, in particular a screw conveyor, which transports the liquid through the conveying pipe to at least one outlet, and there is an running-off surface underneath the outlet from the conveying pipe for the liquid flowing out of the outlet. Upon actuation of the agitator, the liquid is thus not only well intermixed together with the air already received therein, but at the same time conveyed through the conveying pipe to the running-off surface, on which it can discharge in a thin layer and has a particularly large exchange area with the gas as a result.
ASSEMBLY FOR SELECTIVELY AERATING AND CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE OF A BEVERAGE
An assembly for selectively aerating and heating or cooling a beverage. The assembly includes a body that receives the beverage, a heat transfer element having a control temperature, a diverter in communication with and coupled to the body, and an aerator in communication with the diverter, the aerator including a plurality of flow features and an outlet. The heat transfer element carried by the body, such that the heat transfer element is arranged to change a temperature of the beverage in the body using the control temperature. When the diverter is in a first position, the flow features are accessible and the beverage flows through the body portion, along the plurality of flow features, and through the outlet. When the diverter member is in a second position, the flow features are not accessible and the beverage flows through the body portion and through the outlet while bypassing the flow features.
Beverage aerator, beverage decanter, and related methods
A beverage aerator includes a housing, a pump-motor assembly, an uptake tube, and a spray nozzle. The housing is sized to removably seat on a neck of a decanting vessel. The pump-motor assembly is positioned within the housing, and has a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The uptake tube is fluidly coupled to the pump inlet upstream of the pump inlet. The uptake tube has a tube inlet end located below the housing. The spray nozzle is fluidly coupled to the pump outlet downstream of the pump outlet. The spray nozzle is located below the pump-motor assembly and oriented to have a laterally-outward discharge direction.
Wine Decanter
A decanting vessel has an internal pump for recirculating a beverage such as wine and aerating it within the decanter.
