MICROBUBBLE GENERATION CONTAINER AND WATER DISCHARGING DEVICE

The present disclosure provides a microbubble generation container and a water discharging device. The container includes a barrel main body, an excitation member and an elastic member. The barrel main body is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a connecting port. The excitation member is movably arranged in the barrel main body, and includes a partition plate and a sealing portion. The partition plate divides an inner space of the barrel main body into a first chamber and a second chamber, and a water passage for communicating the first chamber with the second chamber is arranged on the partition plate. The water passage enables water flowing by to form water droplets and be ejected. The sealing portion opens and closes the connecting port with a motion of the excitation member.

Gas saturation of liquids with application to dissolved gas flotation and supplying dissolved gases to downstream processes and water treatment
11642634 · 2023-05-09 · ·

The description relates to methods and apparatus that enable the efficient introduction of gases like air, oxygen and ozone into aqueous liquids. Gases are introduced into liquids for making that gas chemically or biologically available at a minimum energy expenditure. Impinging jets of liquid are directed into a pressurized saturation vessel having a gas-filled headspace and a saturation zone below the surface of the liquid at a velocity sufficient to create a turbulent impact and plunge zone. The resulting turbulence and mixing of gas and liquid in that zone under pressure, causes the gas to be driven into the liquid in the vessel and breaks up the gas and the liquid into a churning flow and creates a large number of bubbles. The resulting gas-enriched liquid is discharged from the vessel at an outlet to ensure a minimum of bubbles in the gas-enriched liquid.

Pressurized liquid stream with dissolved gas

A system and method of injecting a gas enriched and/or emulsified first liquid into a second liquid is disclosed. The injection can cause generation of a high density of bubbles having a mean diameter of a selected size. The mean diameter of the bubbles can be selected and varied based on the characteristics of the injection system.

Spray atomizing ozone water generating apparatus with gas storage ability

A spray atomizing ozone water generating apparatus with gas storage ability includes a gas-water mixing chamber with atomizing water nebulizer, a delay circuit, as well as a tap water inlet valve and an ozone water outlet valve controlled by the delay circuit. Because the mixer has ozone storage ability, atomizing water nebulizer will atomize tap water sufficiently, ozone water generating apparatus according to the invention can thus produce super high concentration ozone water having a concentration more than 30 ppm.

This invention provides a continuous liquid phase type wet exhaust gas treatment method for removing sulfur oxides from exhaust gas and collecting it as gypsum, which method is simple and humidifying liquid is uniformly sprayed into exhaust gas with it. The method is characterized in that humidifying liquid is injected downwardly in a region where exhaust gas flows vertically downwardly.

CONFINED PLUNGING LIQUID JET REACTOR WITH ENERGY RECOVERY
20220176327 · 2022-06-09 ·

The confined plunging liquid jet reactor with energy recovery includes a downcomer having an upper end, an open lower end, and a gas inlet for receiving gas, the downcomer extending into a liquid reservoir in a tank. A nozzle is mounted on the upper end of the downcomer for receiving a pressurized liquid to generate a liquid jet. The liquid jet impinges on liquid contained within the downcomer, creating turbulence and bubbles to entrain gas introduced through the gas inlet into the liquid reservoir as the jet travels downward in the downcomer. A riser is disposed around the downcomer and defines an annular air lift column. Unentrained gas and liquid exiting the downcomer rises in the air lift column with significant energy, the upper end of the riser being connected to a turbine coupled to a generator to recover energy from the air lift column.

Method for Bubble-Free Gas-Enrichment of a Flowing Liquid within a Conduit
20230022647 · 2023-01-26 ·

The present invention provides a system for enriching a flowing liquid with a dissolved gas inside a conduit. The system comprises two or more capillaries, each capillary delivering a stream of a gas-enriched liquid to the flowing liquid. The first ends of the capillaries are positioned to form an intersecting angle with respect to the effluent streams such that these streams of gas-enriched liquid collide with each other upon exit from the first ends of the capillaries, effecting localized convective mixing within the larger liquid conduit before these gas-enriched streams are able to come into close contact with the boundary surfaces of the conduit, whereby the gas-enriched liquid mixes with the flowing liquid to form a gas-enriched flowing liquid. In the preferred embodiment, no observable bubbles are formed in the gas-enriched flowing liquid. Methods of making and using such system are also provided.
