A carbon dioxide and nitrogen infused wine product includes wine infused with both carbon dioxide and nitrogen. A ratio of carbon dioxide to nitrogen in the wine can be in a range of 80% CO.sub.2/20% N.sub.2-60% CO.sub.2/40% N.sub.2.

A substrate cleaning method and a substrate cleaning apparatus are provided. The substrate cleaning method includes a first step of applying a chemical solution to a lower surface of a substrate, and a second step of subsequently applying a bubble-containing liquid to the lower surface of the substrate.

An apparatus for nitrogenizing a beverage utilizing a container having a chamber with a plurality of baffles. The container also includes a nitrogen regulator in the form of a collapsible orifice at the base of the container. An agitator in the form of an impeller creates a shear on the beverage during delivery of a stream of nitrogen into the container.

A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.

A system and method of controlling a concentration of one or more gases dissolved in a beverage is shown. The system includes a saturation tank having a gas head space, a brite tank, and a beverage supply system to pass the beverage between the saturation tank and the brite tank. A beverage supersaturated with the gas from the head space is formed in the saturation tank. The supersaturated beverage is passed from the saturation tank to the brite tank. Once the amount of gas added to the beverage exceeds saturation, some of the gas escapes from solution from the beverage and the pressure in the brite tank increases. Once the pressure within the brite tank reaches a pre-defined pressure, a pump supplying the beverage to the saturation tank is shut-off and the inlet and outlet valves of the brite tank are closed.

A beverage supplying apparatus that supplies a beverage into a beverage container, includes: an ingredient storage unit to store a beverage ingredient; a compressed gas supplying means to supply compressed gas to the ingredient storage unit and pressurize the beverage ingredient; and a beverage supplying means to, when receiving a supply command, allow the pressurized beverage ingredient to be supplied to a nozzle, and supply compressed nitrogen gas to the nozzle, so that the nitrogen gas and the beverage ingredient are mixed and stirred at the nozzle and the beverage is discharged to the beverage container through the nozzle.

A system for preparing and dispensing a nitrogen-infused beverage includes a chilled water delivery subsystem, a beverage concentrate subsystem including a beverage concentrate fluidically coupled to a beverage pump, and a nitrogen delivery subsystem. The system includes a nitrogen infuser having a first input fluidically coupled to the nitrogen delivery subsystem and one other input fluidically coupled to the beverage pump. A flavor concentrate subsystem includes a flavor concentrate fluidically coupled to a flavor pump. The system also includes a kegerator tower assembly, and a flavor manifold having a first input fluidically coupled to an output of the nitrogen infuser, one other input to the at least one flavor pump, and an output fluidically coupled to an input of the kegerator tower assembly. A controller controls the beverage pump and the flavor pump. A computer coupled to a camera, and configured for instructing the controller to prepare the beverage.
