A mixing apparatus includes: a driving device configured to drive first liquid to flow into first transfer chamber and to drive second liquid to flow into second transfer chamber, a first transfer chamber configured to store inflowed first liquid, and a second transfer chamber configured to store inflowed second liquid; a premixing chamber communicating with liquid outlet of first transfer chamber and liquid outlet of second transfer chamber; and a monitor configured to monitor volume of liquid in first transfer chamber and volume of liquid in second transfer chamber, close liquid inlet of first transfer chamber and control first liquid to flow into premixing chamber when volume of first liquid is equal to first value, and close liquid inlet of second transfer chamber and control second liquid to flow into premixing chamber when volume of second liquid is equal to second value.

A device for synthesizing carbonated water includes: a device shell, in which a stirring chamber is defined; a rotation shaft, which is accommodated in the stirring chamber; a blade structure, which is accommodated in the stirring chamber and rotatable around the rotation shaft; sidewall ribs, which are distributed in the stirring chamber and arranged on a sidewall of the device shell, each sidewall rib comprising one or more collision interfaces; an input unit, which is arranged on the device shell, positioned below the blade structure, communicated with the stirring chamber, and operable to receive water and carbon dioxide; and an output unit, which is arranged on the device shell, positioned above the blade structure, communicated with the stirring chamber, and operable to deliver carbonated water with a predetermined concentration.

An insert assembly for a foam generating device includes a first insert and a second insert with a channel defined therethrough. Inserts may be formed by two shell halves that are coupleable to one another to define the channel. A plurality of ribs extends along an interior surface of the channel. Pad structures defined by porous media are provided in the channel and gripped by the plurality of ribs. The pads receive cleaning solution passing through the channel and cause foam to be generated by breaking-up the cleaning solution and agitating. The ribs may be arranged horizontally relative to a longitudinal axis of the insert assembly and retain the pads within the device. Inserts may be arranged in series along a longitudinal axis of the foam generating device with the pad structures arranged within the channel.

System, apparatuses, and methods for processing feedstock have a decomposing stage for breaking down feedstock into liquid and gaseous products and a condensing stage for condensing gaseous products to a liquid condensate. A mixing stage can also be used to combine gaseous and liquid feedstock portions into a combined liquid feedstock to be fed to the decomposing stage. The decomposing stage can be one or more flux tanks having a field generator for creating an electromagnetic field through the flux tank configured to decompose feedstock inside. The condensing stage can have a catalyst tank, distillation tank, condensing pipes, or a combination thereof. The mixing stage can be a reformer device having pairs of plates, at least some of the plates are capable of rotating to generate a shear force that creates a cavitation effect to combine the gaseous and liquid feedstock portions.

The present disclosure provides a chemical solution preparation system and method. The chemical solution preparation system includes: a first mixing system, configured to mix a first chemical solution and a first diluent to obtain a first mixture; a second mixing system, configured to mix a second chemical solution and a second diluent to obtain a second mixture; a third mixing system, configured to mix the first mixture, the second mixture, and a third diluent to obtain a third mixture; an output system, configured to output the third mixture to a spray apparatus of the chemical mechanical polishing device; a sampling system, configured to collect a sample of the third mixture output from the output system; and a monitoring system, configured to monitor a status of the first mixture, a status of the second mixture, and a status of the third mixture.

A homogenous mixing apparatus comprises: a circulation unit, a dynamic mixing unit, wherein a feeding port of the first-stage dynamic mixing device communicates with the discharging end of the circulation unit, a discharging port of the third-stage dynamic mixing device communicates with the feeding end of the circulation unit, and each of the dynamic mixing devices comprises a dynamic mixer; and a control unit, configured to be capable of controlling the dynamic mixing unit, so that the dynamic mixers of the first-stage, the second-stage dynamic mixing device, and the third-stage dynamic mixing device are capable of being independently started and shut down and operated at independent rotating speeds, wherein the dynamic mixers each comprise a stator and a rotor, rotating speed ranges of the dynamic mixers of the first-stage, second-stage, and third-stage dynamic mixing device increase in sequence, and distances between the rotors and the stators decrease in sequence.

The present application discloses a ozonated water delivery system which includes at least one contacting device in communication with at least one ultrapure water source configured to provide ultrapure water, at least one ultrapure water conduit coupled to the ultrapure water source, at least one solution in communication with the contacting device and the ultrapure water source via the ultrapure water conduit, one or more gas sources containing at least one gas in communication with at least one of the ultrapure water source, the ultrapure water conduit, and the solution conduit, at least one mixed gas conduit in communication with the at gas source and the contacting device and configured to provide at least one mixed gas to the contacting device, and at least one ozonated water output conduit may be in communication with the contacting device.

A first solution is mixed and diluted with diluting liquid to make a first dilute solution, a second solution is mixed and diluted with diluting liquid to make a second dilute solution, and the first dilute solution and second dilute solution, both diluted with diluting liquid, are mixed in a sealed tank.

The present inventive concept relates to a system for dissolving gas. Specifically, an embodiment of the present inventive concept provides a system for dissolving gas, the system including a water supply unit configured to supply water, a gas supply unit configured to supply gas, a gas solution generation unit connected to the water supply unit and the gas supply unit, and a bubble gas solution generation unit connected to a rear end of the gas solution generation unit, wherein the gas solution generation unit includes a first gas solution generator connected in parallel to the gas supply unit and configured to generate a first gas solution and at least one second gas solution generator connected in parallel to the gas supply unit, connected in series to the first gas solution generator to receive the first gas solution from the first gas solution generator, and configured to generate a second gas solution having a gas concentration higher than a gas concentration of the first gas solution, and the bubble gas solution generation unit is connected to the second gas solution generator to receive the second gas solution from the second gas solution generator and generates a third gas solution containing a gas whose particles are smaller than particles of the gas contained in the second gas solution.

The invention relates to an apparatus for aerating a pasty product. The apparatus comprises a housing (1) with an inlet (4) for the pasty product to be aerated and an outlet (5) for the aerated product.

The apparatus comprises at least a first set of a rotor and a stator (21) and a second set of a rotor and a stator (22). The apparatus further comprises a gas injector (6) for injecting, upstream of the first set of a rotor and a stator (21), a gas into the pasty product to be aerated.

The apparatus further comprises an intermediate mixing chamber (7) provided in the housing between the first and the second sets of a rotor and a stator (21,22). A secondary product introduction means protrudes into the intermediate mixing chamber (7) so as to issue into said intermediate mixing chamber (7).

A method for aerating a pasty product is also provided.
