PROCESS FOR THE BATCH REACTIVE MIXING AND DEGASSING OF THERMOSETTING POLYMERS AND DEVICE IMPLEMENTING SAID PROCESS
A device for the batch reactive mixing and degassing of thermosetting polymers, such as polyurethane or similar, comprising at least one hermetically sealable container (1) in which the batch of thermosetting polymers is to be placed, a rotary plate (2) on which a satellite rotary plate is rotatably mounted, the container (1) being placed on said satellite rotary plate in order to cause said container (1) to rotate and to revolve, first means for driving the rotary plate (2) and second means for driving the satellite rotary plate, and means (3) for placing the container (1) under vacuum; said device is noteworthy in that it comprises means for controlling the first means for driving the rotary plate (2) providing a speed of revolution of the container (1) and a second means for driving the satellite rotary plate providing a speed of rotation of said container (1), said control means being capable of continuously varying the speed of revolution and the speed of rotation of the container (1) independently of one another. Provided are a method for supplying water of specified concentration, including: a step of adding at least two liquids, a conductive first liquid and a non-conductive second liquid, to ultrapure water to produce water of specified concentration containing a first liquid-component and a second liquid-component at specified concentrations, in which a mixed solution in which the first liquid and the second liquid are mixed at a specified mixing ratio in advance is prepared; and the mixed solution is added to the ultrapure water so that a conductivity or specific resistance of the ultrapure water after the addition satisfies a specified value, and an apparatus therefor.
SYSTEM FOR MAKING SUSPENSIONS
The system for making suspensions includes a housing, with a platform mounted therein and a translating table slidably mounted on the platform for removably supporting a receptacle. A base fluid tank stores a base fluid, and a solid particle container stores solid particles. A rotating dispenser system is mounted within the housing, above the platform and the receptacle. The rotating dispenser includes a base fluid dispenser for dispensing a controlled mass of the base fluid into the receptacle, and a solid particle dispenser for dispensing a controlled mass of the solid particles into the receptacle. The base fluid dispenser is in communication with the base fluid tank, and the solid particle dispenser is in communication with the solid particle container. A mixer selectively and controllably mixes the controlled mass of the base fluid and the controlled mass of the solid particles in the receptacle to form the suspension.
System and method for dispensing a beverage
A system for dispensing a plant-based milk includes a mixing chamber for emulsifying a plant-based paste and water, a plant-based paste storage connected to the mixing chamber via a first conduit, a water storage connected to the mixing chamber via a second conduit, and a cooling system. The system includes a pumping system for moving a prescribed amount of the plant-based paste into the mixing chamber upon receiving an input from a user via a user interface, a flow system for flowing water from the water storage to the mixing chamber, and a control system. The control system receives the input from the user, activates the pumping system and activates the flow system. Further, the control system activates the mixing chamber for emulsifying the plant-based paste and the water, and dispenses the emulsified plant-based mixture of the paste and the water.
Slurry mixing device
A slurry mixing device includes an installation frame, a slurry mixing tank, a slurry feeding tank, a cooling mechanism and a slurry discharging mechanism. The slurry feeding tank is movably arranged under the slurry mixing tank, the cooling mechanism and the slurry discharging mechanism. A mass scale is arranged under the slurry feeding tank. A stirring cavity is formed in the slurry mixing tank, and a stirring paddle is arranged in the stirring cavity. A stirring motor is arranged on the slurry mixing tank. An outlet is arranged on the bottom of the stirring cavity. An oil bath cavity is formed between the slurry mixing tank and the stirring cavity. The cooling mechanism includes a lifting cylinder and a lifting base. The lifting base is provided with a rotating paddle and a rotating motor. The lifting cylinder is arranged on the installation frame.

System and method for dispensing a flowable product are provided. The system includes a mixing chamber having a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet. The mixing chamber of the system contains a mixing element capable of motion. The system also includes a paste located in an enclosure configured to flow into the mixing chamber via a first channel connected to the first inlet, and a flowable medium configured to flow into the mixing chamber via a second channel connected to the second inlet. The mixing chamber is configured to mix the paste and the flowable medium using the mixing element, thus, producing the flowable product that may be output via the outlet.
COATING COMPOSITION SCALE NETWORK DEVICE
A coating composition system for weighing and formulating coating compositions comprises a physical enclosure enclosing an electronic coating composition networking device. The electronic coating composition networking device comprises a local communication interface configured to receive a physical connector from an electronic scale and a network communication interface configured to communicate with an internet gateway. Additionally, at least one sensor may be integrated within the electronic coating composition networking device. The electronic coating composition networking device also receives, through the local communication interface, a mass variable from the electronic scale and a sensor variable from the at least one sensor. The electronic coating composition networking device then generates a network data structure comprising the sensor variable and the mass variable. The electronic coating composition networking device communicates, through the internet gateway, the network data structure to a remote server.

A metering and mixing system has at least one mixing device, in particular a continuous mixing device, which has at least one mixing container with a receiving region for receiving a mixing product and at least one mixing unit for mixing the mixing product which is in the mixing container, with at least one first metering device which has at least one first metering container having a receiving region for receiving a first mixing product component and at least one conveying unit for conveying the first mixing product component from the first metering container to the mixing container, and with at least one second metering device which has at least one second metering container having a receiving region for receiving a second mixing product component and at least one metering unit.

A blending system includes a blender base and a container. The blender base includes a housing that houses a motor. The container is attachable to the blender base. The blending system includes a user device that communicates with the blender base. The user device may communicate with a remote computing device. The user device generates instructions and recipes for the blender base.
COMPUTER-CONTROLLED SINGLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR GENERATING INDIVIDUALIZED MIXTURES
There is disclosed a computer-controlled dispenser system. The system includes a first set of repositories for fluid components suitable for combination into different mixtures, a second set of repositories for viscous components suitable for combination into different mixtures, and a dispensing nozzle where the fluid and viscous components are dispensed. The system further includes a set of valves and pumps for moving fluid and viscous components to a dispensing nozzle and a scale for measuring an amount of fluid and viscous components dispensed from the dispensing nozzle. The system enables computer control to ensure accurate output of both fluid and viscous components according to the instructions received for their creation.
