CONTINUOUS SYNTHESIS OF A TITANOSILICATE ZEOLITIC MATERIAL, SAID ZEOLITIC MATERIAL, MOLDING PREPARED THEREOF, AND THEIR USE
The present invention relates to a specific continuous process for preparing a zeolitic material having a framework structure type selected from the group consisting of MFI, MEL, IMF, SVY, FER, SVR, and intergrowth structures of two or more thereof, preferably an MFI- and/or MEL-type framework structure, comprising Si, Ti, and O, and to a zeolitic material as obtainable and/or obtained according to said process. Further, the present invention relates to a process for preparing a molding, and to a molding obtainable and/or obtained according to said process. Yet further, the present invention relates to a use of said zeolitic material and molding.
Methods of High Throughput Hydrocolloid Bead Production and Apparatuses Thereof
Methods of high throughput hydrocolloid bead production and related apparatuses are described herein. In the disclosed methods, drops of a hydrocolloid gel suspension are dropped into a reactant bath. The drops of hydrocolloid gel are exposed to the reactant bath for a predetermined period of time, during which the drops form firm or semi-firm beads. The beads are then removed from the reactant bath. The resulting hydrocolloid beads are advantageously resistant to syneresis and can provide high nutritional and water content.

CONTINUOUS SYNTHESIS SYSTEM OF UREA
A continuous synthesis system of urea, including: a reactor, a mixing buffer tank for accommodating a first raw material, a feeding pump for pumping the first raw material to the reactor, a pressure regulating valve connected to the reactor to transfer a second raw material and regulate a pressure of the second raw material, a first heat exchanger connected to the reactor to regulate a temperature inside the reactor to a first preset temperature, and a back pressure valve connected to an end of the reactor away from the feeding pump to maintain a pressure of the continuous synthesis system at a preset pressure. The second raw material is gaseous. The second raw material is fed to the reactor through the pressure regulating valve to react with the first raw material in the reactor to generate a target product.
CONTINUOUS PROCESSOR UTILIZING QUANTUM FIELD MICRO-VARIABLE PARTICLE INTERACTION
Continuous processing equipment is suitable for use in the preparation of elastomeric compositions from end-of-life tire crumb or other vulcanized rubber starting materials. A reactor includes an outer barrel, a first shaft and a second shaft, and one or more piezoelectric transducer-driven acoustic horns arranged along the outer barrel and penetrating the outer barrel through a series of vibration-isolated ports which traverse a jacket of the outer barrel.
Vortex mixing apparatus and method of use thereof
A apparatus comprising: a vessel component comprising a flow-through interior chamber having an interior sidewall and an exterior sidewall; at least two inlets for introducing chemical components into the flow-through interior chamber; at least one outlet for removing product from the flow-through interior chamber; and an off center rotation component which is operatively connected to the vessel component. During operation of the apparatus, the off center rotation component generates vortical movement of at least two chemical components through the flow-through interior chamber of the vessel, and converts at least a portion of the at least two chemical components to at least one reaction product or product mixture. A method of using the apparatus to produce reaction products or product mixtures. The apparatus and method are useful for producing specialty chemicals such as fragrance and flavor compounds, insect pheromones, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical compounds, agrichemical compounds, and the like.
METHODS OF HIGH THROUGHPUT HYDROCOLLOID BEAD PRODUCTION AND APPARATUSES THEREOF
A method of creating hydrocolloid beads includes forcing a hydrocolloid gel suspension through a plurality of nozzles, wherefrom the hydrocolloid gel forms into a plurality of gel drops and fall into a reactant bath. The drops are exposed to the reactant bath for a predetermined period of time, wherein the drops form firm or semi-firm beads as they remain in the reactant bath. The firm or semi-firm beads are removed from the reactant bath, rinsed, and dried.
Apparatus and method for providing asymmetric oscillations
Disclosed is an apparatus and method for providing asymmetric oscillations to a container. The container may include a fluid, a particle, and/or a gas. A vibration driver attached to the container provides asymmetric oscillations. A controller connected to the vibration driver controls an amplitude, frequency, and shape of the asymmetric oscillations. An amplifier amplifies the asymmetric oscillations in response to the controller. A sensor disposed on the vibration driver provides feedback to the controller.
METHANE CONVERSION TO HYDROGEN EMPLOYING A STAGED SHOCK COMPRESSION WAVE REFORMER
An improved hydrogen generation system comprising a multi-port wave reformer in which shock and expansion waves are created in a manner causing head-on colliding shock waves and multi-stage compression where reacting gases within a six port wave reformer are mtiply heated and compressed to thermally crack or decompose one or more fuel sources, such as hydrocarbon fuels, to generate a fuel product containing hydrogen.
