BUCKET CRUSHER
A bucket crusher has a box-shaped bucket body defining a loading compartment and an unloading opening, a crusher unit configured to crush sheet material and having a cylinder with a plurality of crusher teeth connected to a cylinder wall, each crusher tooth of the plurality of crusher teeth extending between a proximal end and a distal end. The plurality of crusher teeth has at least one high crusher tooth and at least one low crusher tooth. The distance between the cylinder wall and the distal end of the at least one high crusher tooth is greater than the distance between the cylinder wall and the distal end of the at least one low crusher tooth.
Selective shredding, sieving, and/or separating device connected to a hygienic production or operating in an off-line location
System having an apparatus (10) for shredding hygiene products (12), which operates within a revolving device (22).
STRIKING TOOL FOR USE IN A HIGH SPEED COMMINUTION MILL
This disclosure relates to a striking tool for use in a high velocity, high impact energy comminution mill. The tool comprises an elongate body attachable at a first end to the comminution mill, and further comprises a wear resistant element for improving the wear resistance of the striking tool. The wear resistant element comprises a plurality of individual units.
AN IMPACT MATERIAL PROCESSING DEVICE
An impact processing device has a central impact mechanism arranged to rotate about a rotation axis and a first processing stage that includes the impact mechanism and a first structure extending circumferentially about the impact mechanism. The first structure has a first processing sector, and a first screening sector, where the processing sector extends for a first circumferential portion of the first structure and has an impervious textured surface and the first screening sector has a plurality of holes and extends for a second circumferential portion of the first structure. The impact mechanism is operable to impact material against the first processing sector and generate a flow of the impacted material to first screening sector through which at least a portion of the impacted material can pass.
High-speed dewatering and pulverizing turbine
The present invention relates to a high-speed dewatering and pulverizing turbine (1) for obtaining solid pulverized particles and dissociating the water present, which is formed by: a) a stator (6) having circular geometry with a duct at one end (7) for the outlet of the solid pulverized particles and a duct in the bottom part (10) for the inlet of solid particles to be pulverized; b) a wheel or rotor with vanes or blades, located inside the stator; and c) a central securing assembly for adjusting and securing all the elements that form the wheel or rotor. Also described is a method for obtaining solid pulverized and dewatered particles, wherein the water present is separated.
Cuttings processing unit
A cuttings processing unit may include a conveyor interface configured to interface with a mud cleaning complex to receive drill cuttings. The cuttings processing unit may further include a breaker mill module operably positioned to receive the cuttings via the conveyor interface, a cuttings tank module operably positioned beneath the breaker mill module, and a pump module operably positioned beneath the cuttings tank module. The breaker mill module may be configured to grind the cuttings into a finer composition. The cuttings tank module may be configured to agitate the finer composition and create a slurry. The pump module may be configured to move the slurry.
DEVICE FOR BREAKING GLASS
A device for breaking glass articles, such as bottles, the device comprising an inlet to receive an article. A conduit links the inlet with a glass-breaking chamber, and the chamber houses a glass-breaking member, said glass-breaking member being rotatably mounted for rotation in a vertical plane, and to impact a bottle as a bottle enters the chamber. A motor is linked via a horizontally rotating axle to rotate the glass-breaking member. An obliquely mounted crusher plate is located such that as the glass-breaking member rotates and impacts a glass article, which is forced against the crusher plate by the glass-breaking member to aid breakage of a glass article. A collector is included in which broken glass is retained ready for removal from the device. An intermediate collector is also included to temporarily retain broken glass, including a release valve allowing broken glass to pass from the intermediate collector to the collector, via an aperture therebetween.
Tapered pick holder
A pick system includes a holder and a pick assembly. The holder includes a first end, a second end, and a bore extending between the first end and the second end and defining a longitudinal axis. The surface of the bore may be tapered so that the diameter of the bore proximate the first end is greater than the diameter of the bore proximate the second end. The pick assembly includes a shaft. The shaft is received within the bore of the holder along the longitudinal axis, and the shaft may be tapered to mate with the bore.
PICK WITH LIMITED TAPERED ENGAGEMENT
A pick system includes a holder and a pick assembly. The holder includes a first end, a second end, and a bore extending between the first end and the second end and defining a longitudinal axis. The surface of the bore may be tapered so that the diameter of the bore proximate the first end is greater than the diameter of the bore proximate the second end. The pick assembly includes a shaft. The shaft is received within the bore of the holder along the longitudinal axis, and the shaft may be tapered to mate with the bore.
TOOTH AND TOOTHHOLDER FOR INDUSTRIAL MULCHING APPARATUS
A tooth and a toothholder for a mulching apparatus. The tooth includes a body, a cutting element mounted to the body, and a mounting element projecting from the body. The toothholder includes a mounting recess for receiving the mounting element. The mounting element engages the mounting recess to prevent rotation of the tooth relative to the toothholder. The mounting element may be shaped to engage with the toothholder to prevent rotation of the tooth relative to the toothholder. The mounting element may include a plurality of outer engagement surfaces. The plurality of outer engagement surfaces may define an exterior profile of the mounting element that is polygonal in shape.
