Magnetic separating apparatus and magnetic sorting method
A magnetic separating apparatus and magnetic sorting method can precisely and efficiently separate magnetic and non-magnetic material with a simple structure. The apparatus includes a granular mixture supply portion that supplies a granular mixture so as to naturally fall; a rotating drum having a part of an outer surface located on a falling path of the granular mixture, the rotating drum being rotationally driven in an opposite direction relative to the falling direction of the granular mixture; a first magnet that imparts a magnetic attractive force to a certain area defined by rotation in the opposite direction with a sorting area as a starting point; a naturally falling area to which the granular mixture that has come into contact with the rotating drum naturally falls; and a conveyed falling area to which the granular mixture naturally falls after being magnetically attracted to and conveyed by the rotating drum.
Magnetic separator for improving grade of refined ore and reducing slags
A magnetic separator comprising a concurrent tank body and a permanently magnetic barrel, wherein the rotation direction of the permanently magnetic barrel is opposite to the inlet direction of the ore slurry; a stationary magnetic system is provided; the inlet side of the tank body is connected to a tubular ore-feeding box; the included angle of the magnetic system is in the range of 200°-280°; the region of the magnetic system closer to the inlet side of the tank body is a refining region of the magnetic system; at an upstream position in the tank body, a plurality of rinsing water pipes are provided; several spraying nozzles are provided at intervals on the rinsing water pipes; and several stripe-shaped magnetically conductive thin sheets are provided at intervals on an inner wall of the permanently magnetic barrel.
MATERIAL FEED PROCESS AND ASSEMBLY FOR A ROTARY MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
The invention provides a material feed process for magnetically separating magnetic and non-magnetic particles from a material feed by means of a magnetic roller separator wherein the process is characterised therein that particle separation is independent of centrifugal force, and where the process can equally well be applied to both wet and dry particle separation. The process specifically provides feeding the particles at an incident zone above the horizontal axis centre line, and separating the magnetic and non-magnetic particles at opposite rotational sides of the roller.
SCRUBBER WASTEWATER TREATMENT METHOD AND SCRUBBER WASTEWATER TREATMENT DEVICE
A scrubber wastewater treatment method, according to one possible embodiment, includes obtaining a measurement of a turbidity or of a suspended substance concentration of scrubber wastewater and, upon determining that measurement of turbidity or suspended substance concentration is within a certain range, performing treatment. A scrubber wastewater treatment device, according to one possible embodiment, includes a magnetic powder adding device controllable to add a magnetic powder to be added to scrubber wastewater having been generated by treating combustion exhaust gas in a scrubber, and a controller configured to control an amount of the magnetic powder added by the magnetic powder adding device in accordance with a measurement value obtained by a sensor.
Machine for magnetic separation
A machine is described for magnetic separation of material, wherein the machine includes a supporting structure and at least one magnetic rotating drum supported by the supporting structure, wherein the machine further includes a vehicle for moving and transporting the supporting structure. The magnetic drum includes an outer rotating shell and a magnetic portion including at least one magnet positioned and housed within the outer shell, wherein the outer shell is rotatable around a central axis by a drive mechanism and the at least one magnet is positioned in a fixed location within the outer shell.
Planar magnetic separator
A separator for extracting magnetic material from an airstream of magnetic material and non-magnetic material includes a planar chamber with an inlet port, outlet port and a waste port, and a series of magnets in a plane parallel to the chamber. The magnets rotate about a common axis thereby drawing magnetic material around the chamber and towards the outlet port whilst non-magnetic material is remains in the airstream and is discharged by the waste port.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUS MAGNETIC FILTRATION OF FERROUS MILL SCALE FROM LIQUID SOLUTIONS
A method and apparatus for continuous magnetic filtration of ferrous mill scale from liquid solution employs a tank for receipt of fluids laden with mill scale. A curvate trough within the tank receives a rotatable magnetic drum and establishes a channel therebetween. An air compressor and associated manifold generate bubbles within the tank and adjacent the rotatable magnetic drum. The mill scale attaches to the bubbles, which are attracted to the surface of the drum where the mill scale accumulates. The accumulation of mill scale particles is moved about the surface of the rotating drum by a scraper proximate the surface thereof. By moving the accumulated mill scale particles to regions of the rotating drum that are of a magnetic force insufficient to retain them upon the surface of the drum, the mill scale particles are removed and passed to a conveyor system.

Tailings resource recovery process
A tailings recovery process comprises: feeding ore pulp into a concentration barrel of a concentrating machine; driving the concentration barrel to rotate around its own central axis while the ore pulp flows, so as to enable the ore pulp to be continuously stirred and turn over in inner cavity of the concentration barrel; applying a magnetic field to the ore pulp by means of a magnetic field generation device; accurately sorting the ore pulp by means of a classifier, so as to enable selected minerals in the ore pulp to be exposed under the action of the magnetic field in processes of rising and dropping, thus attaching to an inner wall of the concentration barrel and moving upwards until reaching a collecting area; by making the selected minerals fall into a material receiving trough of the concentrating machine in the collecting area, enabling other materials in the ore pulp except the selected minerals to enter into a tailings trough of the concentrating machine at the bottom of the inner cavity of the concentration barrel and then into a tailings conveying system.
