FOAM DISPENSING CONTAINER
A foam dispensing container includes: a cap mounted on an opening of a container containing a foamable liquid content; a nozzle having an outlet fitted onto the cap while being allowed to reciprocate; an air pump and a liquid pump reciprocated together with the nozzle; an air cylinder joined to the air pump liquid and pushing air toward the outlet in response to reciprocation of the air pump; a liquid cylinder joined to the liquid pump liquid tightly and pushing a liquid toward the outlet in response to reciprocation of the liquid pump; and a refining member arranged in the cap to form the foam by mixing the air pushed out of the air cylinder with the liquid pushed out of the liquid cylinder, and to refine the foam. A density of the foam dispensed from the discharging outlet falls within a range of 0.03 g/cm.sup.3 to 0.06 g/cm.sup.3.
ATOMIZER
An atomizer is disclosed. The atomizer includes: a pump housing including an internal chamber extending in an axial direction of the pump housing and a mounting seat disposed at a first end of the pump housing and being in communication with the internal chamber; a seal disposed in the mounting seat, the seal including a sealing sleeve and a first bore in the sealing sleeve and coaxial with the internal chamber, and at least a part of the seal resting against a mounting surface of the mounting seat; a pressing member at least partially disposed within the mounting seat and resting against the seal to press and keep the seal in the mounting seat, the pressing member including a second bore coaxial with the internal chamber; and a plunger, a first end of the plunger being disposed within the internal chamber of the pump housing through the second bore of the pressing member and the first bore of the seal, and the first end of the plunger being capable of reciprocating in the internal chamber to pump fluid in or out of the internal chamber; wherein the pump housing, the pressing member and the plunger together define a sealing cavity to accommodate the seal.
Fluid dispenser having a one-way valve, pump, variable-volume storage chamber, and a needle penetrable and laser resealable portion
A dispenser for dispensing a fluid includes a rigid vial that has a main fluid chamber containing a fluid, and a pump assembly that is in fluid communication with the main fluid chamber and is configured to dispense a predetermined quantity of fluid from the main fluid chamber. A flexible bladder is provided which is located within the main fluid chamber and is configured to expand to fill the ullage created within the main fluid chamber during dispensing of fluid by the pump assembly. The resilient bladder tends to force itself outwardly toward the rigid vial and, in turn, increases the pressure within the main fluid chamber in comparison to the interior of the bladder to thereby prevent the ingress of air or vapors through the bladder or otherwise into the main fluid chamber.
Dual pump hand cleaner foam dispenser
A hand cleaner foam dispenser with a first pump arrangement that discharges a first liquid and first air from the atmosphere through a first foam inducing member into a mixing chamber and a second pump arrangement that discharges a second liquid into the mixing chamber, and in which there is a simultaneous discharge of the first liquid, first air and the second liquid from the mixing chamber through an outlet foam inducing member to produce a foamed product delivered onto a person's hand. Preferably, the second pump arrangement may discharge not only the second liquid, but also second air drawn from the atmosphere and discharge the second liquid and the second air through a second foam inducing member into the mixing chamber.
Fluid product dispenser
A fluid dispenser having a casing (E) provided with a dispenser head (11); and a refill cartridge (C) that includes a fluid reservoir (R). The refill cartridge (C) is axially insertable into the casing (E) in such a manner as to connect the fluid reservoir (R) to the dispenser head (11). The refill cartridge (C) and the casing (E) are provided with a connection mechanism (17, 253) that connects the refill cartridge (C) in the casing (E) by screw-fastening, so as to bring the fluid reservoir (R) into leaktight contact with the dispenser head (11). The movement, after screw-fastening, of the refill cartridge (C) in the casing (E) towards the dispenser head (11) delivers the fluid to the dispenser head (11).
UPSIDE-DOWN PUMP
An upside-down pump wherein the pump core assembly includes outer and inner pump bodies, the center hole of the piston in the inner pump body adjoins a connecting rod, which fits with the liquid inflow cavity and the outer diameter includes a spring, the outer diameter ring of the valve sleeve includes a side thru-hole, the inner diameter bottom hole of the inner pump includes a second ball and extends from the suction pipe hole on one side of the external pump and fits with the first thru-hole on one side of the connecting sleeve and has an annular clearance, the second thru-hole opposite the first fits with one end of the pipe, the coupling joint has a first ball, the bottom of the connecting sleeve has a base sleeve, the knurled column is inserted into the auxiliary hole in the external pump with a gap, and the thru-holes communicate.
Fluid Dispensing Device
The disclosure relates to a fluid dispensing device comprising: a housing comprising an orifice and configured to accommodate a portion of a spray delivery device comprising an outlet, a protective cap configured to accommodate the outlet of the spray delivery device and comprising a cap portion, wherein the protective cap is configured for fitting to the housing so that the cap portion covers the orifice, a biasing member transferable between a pre-loaded state and an unloaded state and configured to store energy in the pre-loaded state to produce a discharge of the spray delivery device, a releasable interlock configured to retain the biasing member in the pre-loaded state, a trigger engaged with the interlock and configured to release the interlock when actuated, wherein release of the energy stored in the pre-loaded biasing member is prevented as long as the cap portion covers the orifice.
