SHUTTER DISC FOR A SEMICONDUCTOR PROCESSING TOOL
Some implementations described herein provide a shutter disc for use during a conditioning process within a processing chamber of a deposition tool. The shutter disc described herein includes a material having a wave-shaped section to reduce heat transfer to the shutter disc and to provide relief from thermal stresses. Furthermore, the shutter disc includes a deposition of a thin-film material on a backside of the shutter disc, where a diameter of the shutter disc causes a spacing between an inner edge of the thin-film material and an outer edge of a substrate support component. The spacing prevents an accumulation of material between the thin film material and the substrate support component, reduces tilting of the shutter disc due to a placement error, and reduces heat transfer to the shutter disc.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROTECTING PAVEMENT OR FLOORING
A protector for protecting pavement or flooring while cleaning a vehicle tire may generally include an elongated body having a top side, a bottom side, and a peripheral edge disposed between the top side and the bottom side. A notch extends from the top side to the bottom side and inwardly from the peripheral edge. The notch is sized and configured so that the protector is positionable with the bottom side disposed on the pavement or flooring and with the notch extending around a portion of the tire treads in contact with the pavement or flooring.

Protective robot wrap
The present disclosure relates generally to protective covers, for example, suitable for protecting parts of a robot. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a protective wrap for a robot component. The protective wrap includes a continuous strip of a material sheet configured to wrap around the robot component in a plurality of loops so as to form a tubular body that surrounds a portion of the robot component.

Processing Basket and Probes Disposable Utility Lining System
Improvements in a processing basket lining system for slide maker-stainer instrument. The utility liner is configured to sit on top of the processing baskets that are customarily occupied/filled with the processing reagents. The probe jackets are shaped to slip in and out without interfere with its capacity to dispense-drain reagents while submerged to the intended reagents in the processing baskets. The liners provide a surface between the processing baskets or probes and the reagents where debris can accumulate as a waste by-product of the process largely in quantities or simply just by the length of use time. The disposable utility lining system, processing basket and probe cover are disposable. The liners are preferably made of plastics. The material of choice is tested not to react with the processing reagent for a period of time, depending on the manufacturer's maintenance requirement.
BIOFOULING PROTECTIVE ENCLOSURES
Disclosed are devices, methods and/or systems for use in protecting items and/or structures that are exposed to, submerged and/or partially submerged in aquatic environments from contamination and/or fouling due to the incursion and/or colonization by specific types and/or kinds of biologic organisms and/or plants, including the protection from micro- and/or macro-fouling for extended periods of time of exposure to aquatic environments.
