In one aspect, an air cooled condenser sized for industrial and commercial application includes an inlet steam distribution header for conveying steam, a condensate outlet header for conveying condensate, an array of tube bundles each having a plurality of finned tube assemblies having a bare steel tube with an exposed outer surface and a set of aluminum fins brazed directly onto the tube by a brazing filler metal. The steel tubes may be spaced apart by the aluminum fins and have an inlet end fluidly coupled to the inlet steam distribution header and an outlet end fluidly coupled to the outlet header. A forced draft fan may be arranged to blow air through the tube bundles.
Heat exchanger, air conditioner, and apparatus for manufacturing heat exchanger
A heat exchanger includes a flat tube and a plurality of fins. The plurality of fins are arranged on the flat tube and inclined with respect to a longitudinal direction of a cross section perpendicular to an axis of the flat tube. The plurality of fins may be inclined at different angles with respect to the axis of the flat tube. The flat tube may include a straight portion on which the plurality of fins are arranged, and a bend on which at least one fin other than the plurality of fins is arranged. The at least one fin extends perpendicularly to the axis of the flat tube.

Flat tube for a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger that is more resistant to debris
A flat tube for a heat exchanger, with two open ends defining its longitudinal direction, may include a first wall and a second wall which are flat and parallel to each other, thereby delimiting the inner space of the tube. The flat tube may include an inner fin located between the first and the second walls. One of the lateral sides of the first wall may include a main fold running along the longitudinal direction, wherein arms of the main fold form a slit facing the inner space of the tube, and the lateral side of the second wall is bent to cover the main fold.
HEAT EXCHANGER, AIR CONDITIONER, AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER

System and Method for Manufacturing and Operating a Coaxial Tube Heat Exchanger
A coaxial heat exchanger is provided. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a coaxial heat exchanger for use in water source heat pumps or other applications involving fluid to fluid heat transfer. Embodiments of the present disclosure allow for the use of pre-existing engineered tubing with a textured or riffled interior surface and a folded fin intermediate member. Some methods of the present disclosure involve annealing and hydrostatically expanding the engineered tubing to increase contact and thermal transfer between the inner tube and the intermediate member. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
Fluid circulation tube and a heat exchanger comprising such tubes
Fluid circulation tube and heat exchanger equipped with tubes of this type are disclosed. The tube (6) is produced by bending, and, once its wall has been bent, has a base portion (12) prolonged laterally by two linking portions (13) leading to two top portions (14) turned toward one another, which terminate in end legs (15) turned toward the base portion (12), forming at least two parallel longitudinal internal channels (16) into which the two systems (20) of bends (21) of a corrugated disrupter (17) can be inserted, these systems being interconnected by a central part (23) inserted into a gap left between said legs and the base portion.
DOUBLE PIPE
At least two spacers in an elongated shape is provided between an internal pipe and an external pipe along the center line of a double pipe. In the cross section of a bent portion as viewed in a direction along the center line of the double pipe, the first spacer is located inwardly relative to the center of the double pipe with reference to the radial direction of the bent portion. The second spacer is located outwardly relative to the center of the double pipe. When a straight line that passes through the center of the radius of the bent portion and through the center of the double pipe is taken as a reference line at least either one of the first spacer or the second spacer overlaps the reference line.

Device and method for forming inside three-dimensional finned tube by multi-edge ploughing and extruding
A device for forming inside three-dimensional finned tube by multi-edge ploughing and extruding, comprises a machine frame, a machine head, a supporting mechanism, an axial feeding mechanism and a cutter assembly for forming inside fins. The machine head, the supporting mechanism and the axial feeding mechanism are axially mounted on the machine frame in sequence. The cutter assembly for forming inside fins is mounted on the feeding mechanism. One end of a metal tube to be machined for forming inside three-dimensional fins is clamped on a chunk of a rotary main shaft of the machine head, and the other end thereof is placed on the supporting mechanism. The rotary main shaft of the machine head provides the rotation power for the metal tube, and the axial feeding mechanism drives the cutter assembly to move linearly along a coaxial line of the metal tube and the cutter assembly.
